Usually my side's really hurt during, but to my surprise I just had slight discomfort. I didn't dint have to wait to be seen but I went around 1p. i went to this place and the whole experience was just horrible. my eyebrows are now uneven and way too thin. and to make matters worse they gave me a bald spot. i do not recommend unless that's what you're looking for in your eyebrows. they also had roaches and rats, stay safe. read more

This is a long overdue review...I came here when I was back for spring break from school and decided to try this place instead of my typical location, which is right across the street. I got here around 4-ish and was unsure how long they'd take or if it'd be crowded. But when I got here, it was pretty empty. I was welcomed right away and the lady who did my eyebrows, whose name I've forgotten after 2 months (sorry!), approached me. She threaded one side of my eyebrows and then handed me a mirror and asked if I liked the way it looked! This was surprising, because usually I'm not asked if I want it a certain way until AFTER they thread both sides. I told her I wanted it slightly thinner and she worked her magic. After that, she handed me the mirror again and asked if I was satisfied with it. When I told her yes, she proceeded to thread my other eyebrow. In the end, I left with nice looking eyebrows (which I've received compliments on) and am definitely a customer planning to return. :) Edit: Tia is the wonderful lady's name!! :) read more

So far it's been great for me. I only get my eyebrows done with one of the girls, the other girl is horrible! She messed my eyebrows. So make sure you get the lady with the shorter hair, don't know her name lol. Other places charge a fee for paying with card, which I hate! And charge $8. This place is $5 and no fee for card. I don't understand why there's so many horrible review about this place. I been coming here for almost a year now I never have a problem. I went in today and I usually only get my eyebrows done but I always have on the back of my mind that I wanted to get my upper lips as well but too scared for the pain. I talked to the lady who was doing my eyebrows (not sure about her name) about the upper lip and she said she could do it for free so I can try it out. She was super sweet and kept checking on me if I was okay. So I do totally 100% recommend this place because the service is always great and there's never a long wait. I had to look for a new place after my regular place lost it's best employee. I came in with no appointment and was helped almost immediately with a 2 minute wait. The lady was very nice and did a great job on my eyebrows. She shaped and cleaned them up very well. This was definitely a winner for me and my new go to place. I've been here quite a few times, had just about everyone here thread my eyebrows/face, and find myself having to use tweezers when I get home... if you're a regular they'll give you a discount, the prices are pretty good, but I'd rather not have to finish the job.... OMG! I have been threading for almost 10 years now and I have never had a better experience than the one I had here with Manisha!!! She is so fast (in a good way), thorough, and her technique is incredibly painless!!!!!! If that is the holy trinity idk what is! JK! But in all seriousness, I get my full face and some part of my neck threaded, because I am one hairy woman, and I DREAD getting this done because it hurts so bad all the time. I always take long breaks in between face threading because I put it off because of the pain and when I have long breaks in between the pain returns with a vengeance! NOT WITH MANISHA!!!
