The worst nail salon ever!!! It took four hours to get this manicure four hours of them actively doing my nails to get that. only reason I want here was because my normal salon couldn't take me. The owner was very rude and didn't know how to do a dip. The first round the owner did my nails she doesn't know anything reused, dirty acetone and dirty tools cut my nails so short and filed them so uneven. Now all my nails are different lengths and shapes. After three hours of her beating my hands up making me bleed I gave up and was about to walk out but then one of her employees offered to do my nails. He was sweet and I really liked him. The only reason I paid was because of him. I can't believe they have not been shut down by the health department! Within a day my clear coat started chipping off. Although the other bad reviews summed it up, I'm here to confirm that nail salon is the worst shop I've ever been to. Anything outside of acrylic or just a coat of paint is going outside of their skill set (even though I don't really know if they're skilled at those jobs either.). I came here and requested dip powder nail set. I was serviced by Christina, who certainly is not use to using dip powder. A few time, she hit my skin with the drill and it hurt. She didn't apologize or even acknowledge it even though I let her know. When it came to the dip powder, it was thick and clumpy. She kept saying that she would later drill it down, but after at least five attempts, it wasn't smooth. It was annoying, I had been there for more than an hour and my nails looked like she put playdoh on it. I asked Christina to start over. She wouldn't. Instead, she tried to RE-DIP it on top of the already super thick mess. I just told her to take it off. She had someone to soak my nails in acetone, who was probably also annoyed and was splashing acetone everyone. She didn't want to buffer my nails after taking the dried sip powder off. Walked in for a pedicure and I should have walked right back out. Salon was not clean, all of the chairs were worn out. I only soaked my feet for 3-4 mins tops. She began taking off my gel. I asked for a cut down and she filed instead. Typically, you get your legs and feet scrubbed, massaged, etc. Not here! She used some sort of sanding machine and then when she used the pumice stone she was extremely rough. The polish job looks like a 10-year old painted my nails. HORRIBLE! It started off my being recorded when we walked inside then we stoo around waiting to be helped for 15 minutes before being told to "just sit down" I was almost pressured into getting a $70 pedicure after they said the other options didn't do much for feet. Multiple times during my pedicure my technician stopped to talk and joke around with another worker & was on his phone FaceTiming someone. Made a appointment for my friends and I and still had to wait almost 45 minutes until at least one of them could get to us. The plastic screens used to separate us for covid regulations were completely filthy and they used the same foot scrubber and exfoliate they had used on the previous people. I guess their version of sanitation is soaking it in the water that your feet are soaking in. I paid for the deluxe spa and the guy literally rushed through it and didn't ever give me any type of massage. I wanted to say something the whole time but didn't want to cause a scene so I felt this would be the best way to prevent anybody else going there. Please if you need to get a pedicure I recommend going to Sam's. They make sure their appointments are taken care of first and their sanitation is top notch. read more

This establishment's customer service is horrendous! The lady who sits at the door is rude, curt, and continuously cuts you off when you try to tell her what services you need. My mother and I arrived one hour after opening on 11/25 and there weren't many customers getting services. We were seen immediately to get pedicures. Pedicure service was great. I "had" to let my toes dry for well over 30 minutes so they could take 3 customers (fill-ins) before they started on my full set. 2.5 hours later, they started on my hands. Those 3 customers came in well after I arrived; 2 of the 3 came in while my toes were drying. Between being disrespectful of customer's time and ignoring requests, this place will never measure up to a quality establishment. Nor, will I ever patronage again when I'm in town. Never! read more

He spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish on my pedi. 2 minutes on leg "massage" and barely pumiced the bottoms of my feet. Got my nails and toes done, white tips on toes which costed $12, my fingers should've costed $30 because I wanted them painted with regular nail polish, the nail technician kept trying to persuade me into getting gel polish. I kept saying no as if I could not afford it. She gives me a $5 discount because she says she is nice but then continues to take the nail polish I picked out and switch over to the gel polish. She says, "it's okay I do for you." I thought she was being "nice" and just giving me gel polish and not going to charge me for it. But my total would've been $42 I ended up paying $52. Once I realized they " prepped" me so that I wouldn't leave I felt obligated to stay. I should've run for the hills. I ended up with the women who does 18 things at once including a sloppy job on nails. I left with uneven nails AND the wrong color! I told them 4 times what I wanted. I didn't correct her on purpose, why? Because I had already told them 4 times before what I wanted, I still didn't get it. All this you can have for $33.00. Poor service, uneven nails, wrong color, and let's not forget an extremely long wait. NEVER AGAIN. BY THE WAY, these people are not friendly either, shouldn't they greet you? Make you feel welcome?
