I'm super unhappy with the full set. $170 not including tip for a full set (natural nail no removal, no gel color) and a pedicure. I live in Denver and I've never paid this much even for the most upscale place. I was visiting this town and wanted to try a local spot. The manicurist was SUPER kind. This is only a judgement on the end result. It's not complete, underneath is super messy, multiple nails are crooked, and she blamed the product instead of asking for another manicurist to help if she couldn't handle the full set. Received the nails only 4 days later one is lifting. Also, I assume she was confused by my scoffing at the price. I was taken aback. But it's on me for not asking about the price. So I paid full price and added a tip and made my peace with it. As we were pulling out, she ran out some cash to me, admitting she over charged me. That tells me they were taking advantage of non-locals and charging whatever they wanted. Crazy.

From the moment I walked in the door and simply asked where to park I was greeted with rudeness and felt unwelcomed. There's a huge parking lot behind the building yet they have no customer parking and if you park back there your car will be towed. Seems illogical to me... most businesses have parking for customers.. something they should probably consider. I really debated going back in after moving my car because of the attitude I received but unfortunately I had a gift card so felt as if I had to go in and use it.. otherwise it would be just wasted money... my first mistake. The manager and stylist apologized for the behavior and convinced me that I would have a great experience with the best & most trained colorist they have. I trusted them... my second mistake. I have red hair that was faded and asked for a merlot (red/purple) color and showed the stylist pictures. I was there for SIX hours and left starving, without a haircut and BLUE streaks in my hair.. (I did not ask for blue..) and was asked to come back over the weekend so it could be fixed. I just spent my whole day off there and they wanted me to come back because she messed up? Unbelievable. They compensated me by giving me a conditioning treatment for free.. but it left my hair feeling like greasy straw.. my hair was not silky & shiny as it normally is after a fresh color!! It still was faded and dried out. I left in tears and went home and had to recolor my hair myself, after I just spent $200 and 6!!! Hours there. The building and staff were nice, after they apologized for being rude.. but the services not so much. I'm not one to bash people for their work but I felt that I needed to share my experience to prevent others from experiencing the same frustration & disappointment as me. (I worked as a hairdresser for 3 years professionally I know how tough it can be.. but I also never let my customers leave unhappy and I could read body language to know if they were happy or not) I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Picture 1-3 - what I left the salon with.. taken in my car in natural sunlight. Natural sunlight doesn't lie. Picture 3 shows the BLUE in my hair. Picture 4 - what I showed the stylist and asked for (obviously no blue, and a rich red brown) Picture 5 - my hair after I went home and FIXED it MYSELF. Clearly way closer to the picture I asked for. The attention to detail and care that used to make their work stand out just isn't there anymore, and the results don't seem to last like they used to. There is also one nail tech in particular whose behavior is extremely unprofessional. She can be argumentative with clients and openly speaks negatively about others in the salon, even within earshot. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflects poorly on the business as a whole. I've given this place multiple chances over the past few years, hoping things would improve, but each visit has been more disappointing than the last. It feels like more effort is put into maintaining the salon's appearance than the quality of the actual services, which is frustrating as a returning customer.

I had one of the worst experiences during a pedicure here. I told the tech that I was prone to…read more ingrown nails and not to cut them too short. He cut them very short. He cut my small toe trying to remove a nonexistent callus ( the toe had been broken several times). He mangled the cuticles, not letting the oil work and not pushing them back before taking the scissors to them. I had inflammed toes for a week. He then took a scrub brush to my feet and hurt me to the point of crying out. No one from management came over to see what was wrong. He asked if I was mad at him. I will never go back to that salon again.
