I've been coming to Nail Techs since 2022. Today was the first time I've ever had bad service. I…read morecame in with four weeks of natural nail growth thanks to the dip power used in the beginning of September. I told the tech that I had wanted a fill-in for my natural nails using the dip powder. The tech began really well with first nail but then nicked me on the second nail. He then stopped filing and began removing the dip powder with a press on nail. That second nail was broken and the nail bed was completely damaged. He then continued with that method of ripping and breaking then went back to my pinky and tried to remove my natural nail with the press on. By then I was so overly done with the service I dad to just cut and file. Even that was horrible. I ended up having to file my nails myself in the car. Seeing that he didn't know the difference between fake and natural nails. I won't be returning. All the techs should be knowledgeable about their work/craft.

They also knew we were from out of town an joked around with us and made us feel very good. The owner, Danny, was very friendly and cordial. The rest of the guys (yes a lot of men here to work on pampering us ladies) were very nice an fun natured. So most of us got the mani and pedi. The pedicure was good and I don't think I ever got such a scrub down before. Then came our manis. They do the mani and then even gave us the parafin treatment where they dip your hands in the wax. It makes your skin feel so soft and nice. I also tried the shellack. It's a gel based nail polish where they guarantee no chipping or fading etc. (I have had mine for a week and stayed in exact condition). Danny joked and put alcohol all over my hands to show me it was not going to smear. Well we all had our pamper sessions and it was a little past 8. They stayed open for us to accommodate and no one complained. Normally the employees or even owners would complain or make you feel bad for over staying your welcome. Nope, not here. They were nice from beginning to end and this would have been my nail place if I were to live here. Pinks you rock!!

It's tucked in a smaller shopping/office center versus a large stripmall and has a very convenient parking lot right there at the entrance to the salon. My friend and I called ahead to make sure we could both get pedicures at the same time. We luckily caught them at a time they could take us in between scheduled appointments. Arrived and were greeted by the owner and an employee who were both extremely friendly and pleasant to chat with. We learned that there are typically only 1-2 people working so it is definitely best to call ahead for an appointment to ensure that you can be serviced that day/when you need. Judging by the number of people calling for appointments in the short time we were there you probably wanna go ahead and get on her book! The cost of the pedicure was reasonable and everything was so nice! You can tell that the salon is spotlessly clean and I even witnessed the owner laboriously cleaning/sanitizing a pedicure station after a customer right before us had left. Always reassuring to know an establishment is well maintained and cared for! Now most importantly- our feet felt so soft and relaxed and our nails looked AMAZING! They did such a good job. I had honestly melted into the massage chair (which you have a remote with full control of) and didn't want the pedicure to be over. And lastly... they DO NOT DO ACRYLICS but they do offer gel nails and regular mani/pedis and such. Obviously if acrylic nails are what you want this may be a turn off, but I've just gotta say that it is SO NICE to be in a nail salon that does not overwhelmingly smell like the chemical odor of acrylics.

Horrible mani pedi. Just sloppy and slow. No music playing, very drab. Would not recommend.read more

Went for a manicure and pedicure. Was greeted immediately and served right away, no appointment…read more Was told by the nail technician that weekends are much busier than weekdays. This was a standard nail salon, but it was pretty large, well lit, and clean. The massage chair, chairs were comfortable, and my technician constantly checked in with me to make sure that the temperature of the water, hot towels, etc. was comfortable. As I received my pedicure, I had a warm wrap put on my neck and shoulders, which was a nice touch. There were many options of nail colors to choose from. What's stood out to me the most was the quality of my manicure - I went for something I don't normally do and received a full set. This means that I had to tips applied to my nails to make them appear slightly longer and rounded out and shaped well and then talked with acrylic. I wanted something that looked very natural and I was very impressed with the way. My technician was able to do this and she did exactly what I asked and made my tips very short. I was nervous about the acrylic as in the past I've had this type of service done elsewhere and it would be thick and chunky, and just very clearly not natural - but with the job I had done today was completed perfectly with precision and care and I walked away just so thrilled overall! Prices were standard for any other nail place. About $60 for each.
