This place is located in a good location in Greenville. We came in with a group of 5 and made an appointment for 7. (they close at 7:30). Everyone was so friendly and attentive. They also knew we were from out of town an joked around with us and made us feel very good. The owner, Danny, was very friendly and cordial. The rest of the guys (yes a lot of men here to work on pampering us ladies) were very nice an fun natured. So most of us got the mani and pedi. The pedicure was good and I don't think I ever got such a scrub down before. Then came our manis. They do the mani and then even gave us the parafin treatment where they dip your hands in the wax. It makes your skin feel so soft and nice. I also tried the shellack. It's a gel based nail polish where they guarantee no chipping or fading etc. (I have had mine for a week and stayed in exact condition). Danny joked and put alcohol all over my hands to show me it was not going to smear. Well we all had our pamper sessions and it was a little past 8. They stayed open for us to accommodate and no one complained. Normally the employees or even owners would complain or make you feel bad for over staying your welcome. Nope, not here. They were nice from beginning to end and this would have been my nail place if I were to live here. Pinks you rock!! read more

I got an incredible manicure here! I was go back. The people were friendly and the shop was extra clean and pretty.

Great customer service but no acrylic skills. I paid $55 for a full set and was disappointed with the result. First, she did not remove my cuticles. My left hand nails are way shorter than my right hand nails. 4 out of 10 nails are very thick and not straight at all. The finitions are not precise at all. read more

I didn't have an appointment so I did have to wait a bit but it wasn't terrible. They got me in & out in a timely manner. I would return.

I went in today to get a pedicure and a full set. I usually dread going to the nail salon but that is not the case here!! The staff is so incredibly personable and friendly and made the overall experience a 10/10. Not only was it actually fun to get my nails done but Tracy did an AMAZING job. I will be a regular here no doubt. read more

I have been to this salon 2 times. Once for a basic pedi ($40) and once for a mani ($30). During the mani the owner dipped my hands in wax. I asked for a basic mani, not knowing the wax was $5 more. There are signs in the bathroom apologizing for the higher prices. The owners are very nice, but $70 for basic services seems high and if you add $10 tip and $5 for the wax that brings the grand total to $85. 3 because of the unwanted dipping and the basic services high prices. read more

Fantastic customer service and a friendly atmosphere. The Best in Greenville!

Clean and efficient staff. Make an appointment with your favorite tech because they are busy at times. There are tons of color choices. I get my regular manicure/ pedicure here. They are always kind. Nice way to decompress after work. read more

Cute little place, love the atmosphere because it is definitely one of those places you go with your girlfriends for a girls day! The owner is extremely nice, and they do a great job. read more

It was a nice atmosphere, besides the roach running across the floor (which I understand is hard to control the roaches in this area). I called prior to make an appointment and they said that they weren't busy and to go ahead and come in, so that's what I did. When I arrived 10 minutes later it was full and there were 5 people waiting ahead of me and I had to wait a while. When i was finally taken to a pedicure chair, it took the lady another 10 minutes just to start the water and once she finally started my pedicure, she got up to go do something else and didn't return for at least another ten minutes, then she got up AGAIN and ended up cutting her finger and when she finally came back she was complaining how she wanted to go home and did a really lousy job on my pedicure. THEN when I was ready to leave after drying my nails, no one had taken my payment and I had to go up to the owner while he was doing someone's nails to tell him I needed to leave and I needed to pay. A few minutes later someone finally came to take my payment. I understand maybe she was having a bad day, but it gives no excuse for making someone wait so long and then rushing through what should be a relaxing pedicure. Overall it was it not a good experience and I will probably be trying a different place next time. read more

My first time coming here was two weeks ago. As soon as I walked in there were a couple people in there and they seemed so connected with those who worked here. They talk to their clients like professional doctors (they're males) I was excited to get my mani/pedi done by one of the men who are all HANDSOME and buff. Unfortunately, I receive a pedi but Helga who was really rough and couldn't get the temperature right for my feet. It was scorching hot and then she added so much freezing cold water that it was lukewarm. I got my gel nails done by a guy who kept a nice conversation going especially since I'm new to town. Great area and friendly service. read more

First time here & it was a good experience. I'd say average for your basic pedicure. I'm not one to frequent salons for acrylic or fill ins, so don't rely on my review for that. My mother and I came for pedicures. I had a nail tech that didn't speak at all, which I actually prefer. That may be a deal breaker for some. My mother had a very chatty fella that did a great job interacting with both of us. I really like that they didn't spend a lot of time talking amongst themselves in another language. I think we've all had that experience. I never once felt like they were speaking negatively about us. We were both satisfied with the paint job. The place seems clean overall and we watched them change out the supplies. I'd certainly come back in the future. read more

I asked for a basic manicure-- WITHOUT polish-- just a cuticle cleanup and nail shaping. Everything was going fine until the manicurist directed me over to the paraffin container to dip my hands in. I told her ' No- I just wanted the basic manicure'. she said , Yes- this is the basic manicure. Thinking it must have been included in the price, I followed directions and dipped my hands in. At the end when she told me the amount I owed, she charged me for the paraffin dip, which was NOT included in a basic manicure. It wasn't the cost that was the issue, it was the fact that I stated clearly at least 3 times that I wanted just a basic manicure. Not only did they charge me the full price of a manicure (even thought I didn't even get polish), they charged me for something I didn't want. I had never been to this place before so was unfamiliar with their prices, etc. It's just not great customer service to try to pad the bill. Wouldn't go back for this reason. read more

Told me an unrealistic waiting time and did not do my set correctly..... the price was reasonable

Do not come here unless you want your nails to look a hot mess. nail shape is uneven, bubbles in polish, AND a very messy job. I will NEVER step foot in this place again and if you're smart you'll do the same read more

Clean, convenient, and they did a decent job. The prices are a little high in my opinion and the staff is friendly but they don't go out of their way for you like you expect in a salon. It also took almost two hours for a regular pedicure. I would go back if I had a really good coupon and an afternoon to spare. read more

Pink's is a cute place and the staff is VERY friendly. I won't be going back, though. The lady doing my pedicure cut my nails way too short and filed them totally crooked. My friend went with me and the lady doing her nails cut her toe with the clippers and it drew blood and had to be bandaged. Their friendly staff can't make up for bad work. We were disappointed. read more

Pink is a very efficient and friendly salon. Very clean atmosphere with many options for both manicures and pedicures. I highly recommend Pink. read more

Best nail salon in Greenville. Staff is friendly and they do a great job and work quickly if you are in a hurry :-)

No stars! I don't frequent just one nail salon, so I decided to try this one ( it's been a couple years since this happened, but the experience still should be told). A girl that I knew who used to work for a different nail salon in the area was working. I had made an appointment for a pedicure. When this girl saw me, she immediately went and told Bobbie ( owner) that I was a customer of different nail salons in Kingsport. Bobbie came over to me and said I needed to leave or she was calling the police! What?? She accused me of being a 'spy'! Well, I wasn't a spy, I was just a potential customer who was recognized for visiting a competitive salon!. Needless to say, Bobbie is so unprofessional, rude, and I am quite happy that I didn't waste my money on her salon. It's no surprise that I have seen others comment on her attitude and lack of customer service. Just wanted to share my story . I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!! read more

Came here in September to get my nails done with a friend, we called the day before to make an appointment and they said they did not allow for people to make appointments and that if we came in the morning then we should be fine. We arrived the next day 30 minutes after open and we were told that we would be taken care of shortly, an hour went by and they said only a little longer then TWO hours later we were finally sat. The lady who did my fill in insisted that I do powder gel even though I asked for liquid because it was "quicker" and "stronger" even though I didn't care about either of those. I also pointed out to her that one of my fake nails was beginning to separate from the real nail and that I would like it taken off and replaced and that I would gladly pay for this to be done. She threw a fit about how it was fine and how it was going to fix itself when the fill in was put on, but just like I said it didn't. The overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. They were rushed through the whole process and were extremely rude. Since this experience I have been to Michael's and it is a whole different world, they provide so many color options, provide a realistic wait time and listen to all of your concerns. read more

I am 3 weeks post op for total hip replacement surgery. As I am unable to bend for the next 90 days, a pedicure was a necessity. I received excellent care at Pinks. Danny was extra cautious with me and did a fantastic job. I was very concerned about finding an above par nail salon since a risk of infection could be devastating for me. The entire staff followed all necessary precautions and the place itself was incredibly clean. Cleanliness, good attitudes, & excellent work is what you will encounter at Pinks. read more

I went with my mother. Her manicure didn't fully cover her whole nail and the woman doing my nails had made me bleed a few times. I also noticed a bubble in some of the nail polish after it had dried on my finger nails. My mother had gone before and absolutely loved it so I'm not sure what changed her mind. However, the owner was very nice and the woman who had done my nails was talkative. I want to go back but I'm not sure. It was my first time in a nail salon and was a nice experience. Three stars, A-OK. read more

If I could give it less than one star would. Went and asked for shellac polish with not filing or lotion. The lady then started to file my nails even though I asked her not to. Then after she was done she lead me to a container of orange liquid and when I asked what it was she did not respond but just shoved my hand into the liquid. Turns out it was piping hot wax that burned my hand. I then said that is really hot and instead of seeming worried she continued to shove my hands into the hot wax. I went in to get the $18 shellac polish and came out having to pay $33. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Very nice and clean! Everyone was friendly and did not rush me even though I was still there past closing time. Chow should be a stand up comedian! read more

wasn't nothing to right home about. I had a pedicure and and the girl who polished my toes didn't do a very good job, the polish didn't last too long on my toes, usually I can have a pedicure at other places and the place will last close to a month! read more

Loud and rude. Shellac came off very easily. No interaction (she was silent the entire time) from the lady doing my mani/pedi. I would never go back and wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. read more

After reading other reviews of Pink's I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi. I was very pleased with the experience. Danny worked on my nails and did a great job, he was friendly and had a great sense of humor. I had the shellac mani, which was a first for me, and I love it. I will certainly be going back. Thumbs up for Pink's Nail Salon. read more

Price was good and the service was fast, but not very friendly and the manicure chipped within 2 days.

My first time going Tracey did my nails ... she walked away for Danny to finish because she was hungry. I had to get a repair 4 days later and when I went back for a fill in I was missing 3 nails ! Danny told Jenny to redo the entire set and norms charge me for removal. He called it a discount I call it I didn't mess my nails up so I'm not gonna pay to start over anyway. So Jenny is doing my nails and it's time to paint them... my marble design is crappy looking and when I asked for rhinestones she gets very loud and says "UUUGGGHHH what more do you want !?!!!!!? You already got a discount." First of all if you don't wanna do your job (which is do my nails how I want) then keep your ass HOME ! Second of all did I say anything about money ?! If I ask for it I obviously can afford it. She juss didn't want to do it. I literally had to go to another salon to get rhinestones on my nails and Pink's STILL charged me $45 ABIG !to Jenny , keep your lazy ass home !!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
