I would honestly give this shop a negative if I could. The first time I went here they had done such a good job. They were so friendly and really took their time with my nails. But the second time I went was a whole different experience. The older woman who did my nails was rude af, and didn't even bother looking at the inspo pic. After, my nails looked nothing like what I wanted and the acrylic was super uneven. I left the store crying. My friend then reached out to the owner who said she would be willing to fix my nails for free. Then I reached out to her personally, she then told me she'd be charging me for a full set (even though she had just told my friend she'd fix at no charge) and then was extremely rude to me when I kindly told her Nevermind once she told me she'd charge me again. I was never once told from her that one of her other employees could fix it. She instead got mad at me because I wasn't available at that very moment that he was. Look I've been going to nail salons for years so I know better than to ever expect anything from them, I know it's not an easy job as is. But if you're going to not even honor what you said or get onto your employees when they're in the wrong, then I'm going to take my business elsewhere. I've been on the search for a good salon to be faithful to for about 6 years and I've finally found it. Every time I get my nails done here I get them done by Daniel or his wife, they're terrific! They always accommodate for what I want and deal with my indecisiveness. They're also incredibly talented. I'm so grateful that I found them! 10/10 recommend if you want a killer set call and ask for Daniel! I love that I can show him a bunch of different pictures of what I want and he combines them into the perfect set read more

Got my gel polish done from here and my only wish is that they had a rose nail in Orlando, FL. The service was great, there was no wait, and my nails lasted longer then two weeks! If I can rate it I'll rate it a big FAT ZERO. My wife got a pedicure and my aunt got a manicure done. The lady who did my wife feet did not do it right , my wife ask for her to use the greater on her feet and the lady refused to use it and told us that it would tear her sink if she used it. which isn't true because every other salon we go to they use it. After she was close to finishing I felt my wife feet and they were still rough. With my aunt manicure she got regular and they didn't even last . Once she got out the store and got home the paint started chipping and the lady didn't even use a clear coat to protect the color. what a shame. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Wish I got a refunded . Omg!!! Please avoid this place at all cost!!!! This place is so unprofessional!!! They just care about getting in as much customers as they can. The work and time spent on my pedi was horrible. I was here with my sister and I was first to get my pedi worked on, my sister went after me and hers got done first than me and then soon after mines was done already all within 30 minutes only!! I just couldn't believe it!!! There was this rude disgusting part owner lady there on the phone with a customer and omg was she super rude!!!! She stick her tongue at me after she hang up on that customer. Seriously, I just couldn't believe how they are still in business?! TERRIBLE SERVICE. I kindly asked for design and was poorly done. I asked him to do it again and it looked like a five year did it. The cost was 46 for a set that looked terrible. Of course I had to pay. The process was painful. And overall just unprofessional. I had previously gone to them before and it had been the same. My previous visit was not good and i thought i would give them another chance but no. All a lady wants is to look, feel, and be goregous through her nails. I went in on Saturday 5/13/17 to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I was not impressed at all! I was sat down to get my pedicure and had to wait 25 minutes for her to start. My gel manicure is the worst i've ever gotten. It is now Tuesday 5/16/17 and the polish has chipped off of three fingers already. I wanted my money back and was told I had to call the manager whom of course was not in. DO NOT GO HERE. Looks like I am going to continue driving to Fayetteville to get my nails done. read more

Honestly the worst nail experience I think I've ever had. I called ahead and asked if they had time for a min/pedi, they said "yes." When I got there, they had me waiting about 20 minutes. Starting with the pedicure - The first thing I asked was please not to use a grater on my calluses, because I'm a runner and need the calluses in order not to blister. The lady responded "okay." The next minute I look up to see her scraping the grater down the side of my foot. I stopped her and she just started laughing. I realized then that she didn't understand English. Then we moved on the manicure station, I asked if I could pay early so that I wouldn't have to mess around with my wallet when my nails were wet. I gave her a great tip! During my manicure I had to keep checking my nails to make sure she didn't miss a spot. I'd then show her and she and the lady next to her were laughing at me. I was pretty frustrated by the time she was done, only to get home and actually look at both my hands and feet and she that she had panted all over my cuticles of my toes and fingers. I could have honestly done a better job. I would NEVER go back here! read more

I've been here twice and both experiences with staff were not ideal. First time I came here, a friend had encouraged it, so I gave it a try. As I was getting my nails done by the nail tech he was continuously flirty, I ignored it, paid, and left. My nails looked very good, then only a day later, a nail it had ripped off with no effort. I wasn't doing anything too strenuous for it to rip off, so I was confused as to why it happened. I've had my nails done many times and never have I had a nail rip off so easily like that. My second visit, I got my nails done by a different nail tech, figured I would give the place a second chance. Well that was not worth the time or money from my experience while there. I had a re fill, re pair, and re paint, a total of $21, fair price. My boyfriend took my there as a belated valentines gift, he sat across the room with head phones in, watching Netflix. As I got my nails done, the conversation was normal, polite, and just like any other. The nail tech that had done my nails from my first visit, sat next to the other, while he worked on my nails. They both carried out a very inappropriate conversation in a different language, with breaks that were in English, purposefully for me to understand what they were talking about. It started with one tech noticing my boyfriend having headphones in, and communicating it to the other tech. After that, they must have thought it was okay to turn their conversation inappropriate in another language, with breaks in English, saying "I would." and " Yeah I know but, She's not 18." I just left and I was pissed. What disturbed me most was the guy is married and has a kid. My nails looked very good, but it didn't last for long at all. Within a day it had chipped at the sides, leaving a weird curve between the skin and the nail. By day three, two of my nails were cracked and barely hanging on, just waiting to catch something and rip off. read more

I've been looking to go to a new nail salon, and I've heard great things about this place, but I was very unimpressed by their service and final product. I got a pedicure and a set of dip nails. When I was getting the pedicure, he rubbed one of the towels on my leg and a long black hair was stuck on my leg... I have short blonde hair, so I know it wasn't mine!! It was super gross and made me gag. Anyways, I went to get my nails done and asked for a simple look: coffin shape, blue nails, and a silver sparkle accent nail. He dipped the nails and everything, but the shape of them were horrible! They were clumpy and did not resemble a coffin shape at all! They looked square! It looked so bad that I cried on the way home. After a breakdown and tons of filing when I got home, I finally got them to look decent... It's 4 days later and the dip is cracking on my nails. It looks absolutely horrible! I paid $40 to get them done only for them to look like crap! I would also like to point out that the dip powder and top coat they put on the nail is not strong at all! I could bend my nail right after I got them done. Overall, I would not go back to this place ever again. read more

Loved my gel manicure!! Lock was awesome!!! I'm in town on business and was in need of a manicure. My nails looked awful after a terrible manicure I had in Little Rock. I was fortunate to get right in (I hear you usually need an appointment). Lock was horrified to see the shape my nails were in and he went to work. He was undoubtedly the best nail technician I have ever had; he is very meticulous and my manicure looks amazing! The salon was clean and the staff friendly. Incrediby rude workers who booked us a group appointment but did not reserve chairs for us. Getting a dipped manicure for $35 only includes the powder. No actual manicure. I've had several pedis here. This last time was not good at all. While the end result was ok, when I walked in and saw it was crowded, they said they could take me right now. So I got in the foot water and waited thirty minutes. Finally someone came to do me, and she kept working on two other people in between steps for me. Right before she was ready to polish, she left to go paint designs on someone else's nails and another person polished me. Also, they automatically add $1 to your bill if you use your credit card, which would be fine if they told me that. Probably won't be going back. (I have noticed that all salons tell you they will take you right now to get you in the foot water thinking that will keep you from leaving. I don't like that. Just be honest with me and tell me how long it will be and don't hop around to other people). read more
