Let me start by saying that I love the work of the nail techs and the atmosphere is awesome. The prices are very reasonable in my opinion. Last evening, I had an issue with one of the nail techs ( Dianna), who I understand to have an aggressive personality. After she was done with my manicure, my husband and I went to pay and when it came to the part on the credit card machine about leaving an amount for a tip, she made us very uncomfortable. I turn to my husband to ask him what he wanted to do as far as the tip. He puts in the amount and she proceeds to say this is for 3 techs and my husband says ok. My husband tells her that he already gave a tip for the woman who did his pedicure so she then says ok two techs (one for my pedi/one for my mani). He then raises the amount and she walks away. She made us feel pressured on the amount to tip as if we weren't going to tip or it wasn't enough. The next step asks us to divide the tip between the techs. She then walks over and I try to do the ratio for the tips and she "shoo's" my hand away. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I let her know that she was being very rude. She then says you're done here and gives me the receipt. We walk away upset. I decide to call and speak to the manager. He is very apologetic and says he will address the situation. I told him that I do not want her to have any of the tip we left and to give it all to Lee( he did my pedi) and my husband gave his tip for Tina. Dianna did not allow me to divide my tip the way I desired and I feel like she doesn't deserve it with her poor customer service. I really like coming to this nail salon and this is the reason for my 5 stars. I would hate to have that kind of experience again. My hope is that Dianna changes her attitude and learns how to respect and treat people. We really enjoyed our pedicures from Tina and Lee. read more

I was visiting this last weekend and had some free time so decided to have mani/pedi. Found Rose Nails online and booked appointment online without any issues for early afternoon. Walked in few minutes early and they got me right back. chose pedi in a box with French tips. turned out perfect. Then had simple mani clear polish only. could have had cuticles cleaned up better but overall great. Beautiful inside and very clean. No overwhelming odors as most all nail places. I would highly recommend this locatio and will go again if in area. read more

This place is marvelous! Except the fact that I had a hard time looking for the place because yelp had it in the wrong location by mud hut. To make things clear Rose nails is on the right side of Burlington. The atmosphere was very relaxing and seems very spa like with a very clean finish. I am visiting from Canada and I decided to get my nails done. I chose to go to Rose Nails and it was best choice ever! Probably one of my best manicures. They pay attention to detail and take their time. The salon is so clean and spacious. They are so friendly and will offer you a drink while you get your service done. Fantastic place to get your nails done during this pandemic. Staff frequently cleaned high touch surfaces, they practice proper social distancing, they are by appointment only but there was not a long wait time. Love this place! Today was my first time going because I was in dire need of a mani pedi and they did a great job! I believe my nail techs name was Nancy (?). I got the "Pedi in a Box" pedicure and a fresh dip set and both look great! The $20 owners discount was a nice surprise as well. I will definitely be back regularly! read more

I had lee ( skinny guy) as my tech! he was very nice and didn't cut my nails like some other places, i recommend him 10/10!! He invited me over to the table almost right away even though they were super busy. he took his time but it is definitely worth the wait and the money! read more
