The lessons allowed them to continue learning during the summer without feeling overwhelmed. Ms. Mandal is very organized and methodical. She sent a weekly newsletter explaining what would be covered and also provided daily email updates about the academic activities completed in class. This made it very easy for us to stay informed about what was happening in the classroom. She is kind, encouraging, and appreciative of the children while also maintaining good structure in the classroom. My child says she is "only a little strict" and likes her very much! We are very grateful to Ms. Mandal and the Stratford team for making the summer both educational and enjoyable.

Good students are often assigned to good class, bad students are assigned to bad class. We believe our son is not Ms Quinn's favorite, or Ms Quinn has certain bias against us, so we quickly ran away. All the kids in our family went here. Recently a lot has changed here with photo-voltaic panels over the parking area and lunch area. More portable classrooms are on the campus to house the over 600 students. The academic program is average for Milpitas. Their API scores are improving each year. Alas, there is little money to support music, drama, art, etc. This was the last of the district's elementary schools to approve wearing uniforms, so the nearby community probably has more independent thinkers than other schools may have. Whenever we had concerns, they were always willing to listen, work with us, and support our child in becoming more confident and comfortable in social settings. Another thing we really appreciate is the schedule. The school has relatively few closure days compared to many other programs, which is very helpful for working parents. If you need extended care until 6:00 PM, there are also many enrichment activities available, giving children plenty of opportunities to explore new interests.
