I didn't have a wrap. Instead, I tried their protein shake. Under no circumstance should anyone ever try their protein shake. It's basically artificially sweetened brown gel. They got two stars because I cant judge them down to 1 star without trying the food. read more

I love this place! Keep in mind... this is HEALTH FOOD so it is mainly low sodium, fresh vegetables, and lean cuts of protein. Do NOT expect disgusting food loaded with bad fats and salt. The cook (owner?) will also cook the protein how you want it. It's delicious and relatively inexpensive. Keep in mind... it's a small place with a max of two people working. I call in advance for takeout. I like the wraps but there are also juices, smoothies, salads, and dinners. It's what Muscle Maker Grill wanted to be. Although it was London broil, they found some way to tenderize The meat and make it taste better than most London broil does. The location and the Decour are convenient and clean and simple. I stopped in Dunellen a few weeks ago and decided to try the food here for the first time. Due to the lockdown it was to go only. I ordered the Southern steak bowl. When I went back home in North Jersey, I needed to reheat my order. I found this dish delicious. Upon tea heating the steak was tender, moist and delicious with a twang of Southern taste. The sweet mashed potatoes excellent as well as the steamed vegetables. I had the bowl that day but will definitely try the wrap next time there. read more

I truly like this place and the idea of affordable meals for those who want to watch their weight. It's not the most flavorful food but it's really good for clean eating. In my case that I live alone sometimes I don't feel like doing meal prep because I usually don't feel like eating the same thing I cooked for a while. I placed my order online and picked it up with no problems. I like the family owned business ambiance and the fact that they know who you are. That gives a nice touch. This place is wonderful. I've eaten there many times and I loved every meal. I get the wraps. Sure, the smoothies are a little expensive, but you don't always have to get the smoothie. The wraps are delicious and healthy. The portions are good and they are not too expensive. Also, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. It's basically owned by someone who loves healthy living and exercise. So, it comes across in the food. This place puts Muscle Maker Grill to shame. I ate at Roscoe's (Wrap It Up) after a friend recommended it to me. I selected a steak wrap called the "S.M.O." which stands for steak, mushrooms, and onions I assume, because that's what was on the wrap. In terms of environment, there is nothing outstanding here, but that could be expected from a wrap place. It has adequate seating, seems clean, and the staff was friendly. It looked a bit like a deli. I can say one positive thing about the food I had. The steak in my wrap was of decent quality, spiced well enough, and cut in fair sized cubes, not shredded. That might be a matter of preference, but I liked that. Otherwise the wrap was boring, and for lack of better phrasing, seemed amateur. The rest of the ingredients were nothing special, and they were just sort of thrown together with seemingly little attention to proportions. If you don't mind paying $8 for a wrap you could easily make yourself, this is your place. I was not very impressed, and I unfortunately probably won't be back. read more

I went to this place after they advertised on my windshield at Retro Fitness. Boy do I regret it. This place was gross, weird, and quite frankly unacceptable. I am not sure how in the world they passed health inspections. I honestly could not believe it. It is like going into some random run down house and eating in their disgusting kitchen. Ordered the buffalo turkey burger wrap. It wasn't frozen, the cooked it fresh! Wrap overall was simple, blue cheese dressing, hot sauce, lettuce, and LOTS of meat. Simple in this case means it was absolutely delish! Definitely will be going back. Staff was nice, not annoying. Establishment was clean although it looked like they were doing some minor work on the place since there was a ladder against the wall and light fixture hanging from the ceiling. Great for take out! Great healthy clean place to eat and hang out at for a great price that is family owned for over eight years

I DID NOT have a pleasant experience with this place. For starters when you first walk in your not even noticed. Both the cook and help take payments and go back to preparing the food. No one washed their hands nor do they wear gloves. Several ppl walked in and out after noticing what was happening. Since I had already placed my order I felt bad canceling so I gave them the benefit. To top off this nightmare my wrap was completely bland and had a few of the hard bottom stalk from the head of the lettuce....really. Not at all what I paid for. I'm utterly disgusted and will NEVER EVER go back. I should of known better being that the place was practically empty during lunch time. read more

I am not sure where to start. As concerns the decor of the place, it looks as if it is still under construction. The floor is disgusting and the lighting is dismal. Frankly, it looks as if someones kitchen at home was ransacked by bandits and then opened for business. The place was nearly empty expect for two customers who appeared to be regulars. The waitress/cook was wearing what appeared to be leggings and a dirty shirt. She looked extremely out of place and unprofessional. After ordering I witnessed her remove the ingredients for the wrap without washing her hands or putting on gloves. She then proceeded to put the chicken for my wrap on a stove and then went to converse with one of the regulars. She touched her phone, touched her face, picked her nose and even ATE OFF OF THE CUSTOMERS PLATE, without washing her hands. She returned to preparing the food and finished the wrap. I was ready to just leave, but it appeared as if this large muscular customer kept staring at us. I am sure he knew what we were thinking and was prepared to strong-arm us if we left without paying. I got the italiano wrap and it was not worth 7 dollars. I did not even want to eat the wrap after seeing the disgusting way it was prepared, but it was not a large wrap and did not have much chicken in it. I took it apart to examine it and was sadly not surprised to find an eyelash in it from the waitress. Needless to say, I will not be going back and certainly would only recommend it to people looking for an expensive way to clean their bowels out. read more
