Well they filed with ex ]. Ex called telling me he would forge my signature per his usual dishonest habit. So called Kriegers office demanding reason why they went ahead and proceeded with this, when specifically requested they DON'T ?? Charlie told me he'd mail my 1099, declaring only made 5.000 ? Wrong it was just over 10.000 Still Charlie said mailing it. Well that was October 2022.They failed in mailing still haven't ,it's December 13 2024.Contacted them regarding all taxes filed jointly,Charlie said that wasn't possible? Told him legally you must provide me with all jointly filed taxes with forged signatures, may have signed 3-4 ex has habit of forging my signature amoungst other illegal habits. That was last year still haven't received 1099 or anything So they will be answering courts as why. So seek any other Accountant Firm before you consider Krieger,they also hadn't filed appropriate forms accountants are required one year.If they could not do that ? Wasn't sure my current accountant would be up to the task of a complicated business loss filling, so I inquired here (can't remember exactly why). This accountant advised in a somewhat flippant and condescending manner that such a loss was not deductable. Having done a whole 45 seconds of online research on the topic I was fairly certain she was wrong but debating the issue was a non-starter. Which led me back to my original accountant. Who confirmed that yes indeed, this was a deductable loss. Boy did I feel guilty for going somewhere else first. Oh, and the deduction saved us 12k. 12k! Over the past year+ at times there has been a wait. Obviously due to them not being open inside. Each visit I can't say that there's ever been any problems. The staff that I have interacted with have always been friendly and accommodating. Yesterday, later in the day I went to make a purchase and realized my debit card was missing. Had I lost or misplaced it? Well, I have no idea but called and had it cancelled ASAP. Earlier today I stopped in at the Seabrook NH branch to have it replaced. The staff member who helped me was excellent and any wait wasn't long . I was out with my new card within maybe 15 minutes. Very pleased!
