Bob and Charlie have benn preparing my ex husbands taxes decades. However upon my separation from ex, he had stolen my 1099.Went in person seeking my 1099, per usual they informed me that ex doesn't file until October.Instructed them when he brings in his taxes DO NOT FILE WITH HIM, he's living a double life with another and don't want joint filing when we are not a couple anymore.Was told they would do as I asked. Well they filed with ex ]. Ex called telling me he would forge my signature per his usual dishonest habit. So called Kriegers office demanding reason why they went ahead and proceeded with this, when specifically requested they DON'T ?? Charlie told me he'd mail my 1099, declaring only made 5.000 ? Wrong it was just over 10.000 Still Charlie said mailing it. Well that was October 2022.They failed in mailing still haven't ,it's December 13 2024.Contacted them regarding all taxes filed jointly,Charlie said that wasn't possible? Told him legally you must provide me with all jointly filed taxes with forged signatures, may have signed 3-4 ex has habit of forging my signature amoungst other illegal habits. That was last year still haven't received 1099 or anything So they will be answering courts as why. So seek any other Accountant Firm before you consider Krieger,they also hadn't filed appropriate forms accountants are required one year.If they could not do that ? Would you trust them ? if they couldn't return call, or mail my 1099's and do as they deemed appropriate filing with ex. Just a friendly heads up read more
