I am a person of an ethnic group; never been in trouble my adult life and I was looking at a case involving a parking matter and verbal false accusations. For $300 an hour Kerri Reed said she would help with my case. Two days before my trial date she told me she could not appear, and she did not have anyone who could show up for my trial. The reason she gave was she was going through a divorce and "I can't be there today because I'm looking for [an] apartment." In the morning on the day of my trial she asked me to tell the D.A. she has been trying to get in touch with him (I had to appear in court by myself and speak with the DA and Judge). Later on that day she then ask me what he said, all of this was done by text. After I fired her, I ask for my retainer back and she declined stating that she did 2-hours of work and was entitled to keep my money. She is one of the most unprofessional persons I have ever met. How she handled my case and sharing all of her personal life with me makes me more skeptical of lawyers as a whole. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

I had to deal with a custody issue that should not have been a big deal in legalities as I am…read morealready familiar with the state and have orders in courts across the country. As CIA and law enforcement , my work leads me to the tortuous and unknown. No one should have custody or be able to sue me in the state but the opposite has happened as items go missing, end up in trash cans, or burnt to crisps. The state is riddled with hate groups, cults, and mafia looking to set a precedence but outright viable within communities. My kids now have literal scars, an ex cult girlfriend as their nanny, and a worried mother with no response from law enforcement. If you can't stand straight in a court room to do your job then leave it to the professionals, just let us know there's an issue! Child safety should be first and when CIA tells you they may be kidnapped and they are then that's enough notice to implement safety initiatives and to look for them/respect when in state. Abuse doesn't belong hidden and neither do I.
