We'd had a trust in place when our children were younger but didn't feel one was necessary now that they are adults and our assets have clear beneficiaries and TODs. The first firm we consulted insisted that we needed a new trust, quoting roughly $3,000 in upfront meetings before any documents were even prepared, plus a $500 annual maintenance fee. When we met with Kathryn, the experience was entirely different. She provided clear, set fees from the start, listened carefully to our situation, and agreed that a trust wasn't needed at this stage. She also drafted our wills in a way that makes it easy to transition to a trust later if our financial situation changes. Kathryn was a pleasure to work with--professional, personable, and efficient. Her office had our completed documents ready within two weeks. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for straightforward, reasonably priced estate planning guidance.

It was a sentimental garment that I wanted to give to her with a meaningful embroidery design. It was my first experience with this company. It was so last minute and so specialized, and initially the owner was not encouraging that it was possible to do. However, as I explained the situation he helped me pick out the design I needed. He was not sure it could be completed in time for graduation, but I received a call a few hours later that it was done! I cannot describe how beautiful the embroidery was and how much it meant to be able to give it to my granddaughter. She loved it and I'm sure she will love it for years to come. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated the whole experience at Bullshirt. Please support this local business.

Glass, wood and metal all expand at different rates, we were advised, and even a high-quality new stick built room would be vulnerable to deterioration and leaks. We hired an architect to help us find a contractor, and eventually landed on Sunspace Design. They designed and built a room that was better than the one it replaced, and had a novel roof design. It was not inexpensive but it wasn't the most expensive option either. Five years into living with their work, I am finally getting around to writing this review. The room is gorgeous and looks as beautiful as it did the day they finished it. We live in it all year long. This is the best contractor experience I have ever had - thank you sunspace design!
