When I called to address the issue, I was met with, "What do you want me to do about it?"--which is unacceptable and unprofessional. It's disappointing to see misleading advertising and a total lack of accountability when customers speak up. If you're going to promote certain items, make sure that's what you're actually serving. They said it would arrive within the hour. 7:30 comes around so we call to make sure it's still on the way. They tell us the driver just left and it will be here soon. 8:15 comes and we call again, only to be told the pizza was dropped off at the wrong address, and we were never told. They offered to either refund it, or told us we could wait another hour for a new pizza to come. What a joke. Will not be ordering from here again. After a week of waiting for my refund to be issued after they claimed it would be, it never was and I called back and was told I should "come in person to get cash", just refund my credit card you clowns. read more

I just went to place an order here. I asked the girl for an order of chicken fettuccine Alfredo. She seemed confused and said "chicken what was it?" So I repeated chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Fettuccine Alfredo w/ grilled chicken in it. She said ok and we moved on. I then asked for an order of cheesy garlic bread. I asked her to make sure they didn't overcook it because the last two times I ordered it I could drive nails with it because it was so hard. Which wasn't far from the truth. We couldn't even bite into it. So I hear her say to a cook or something in back "don't overcook the bread or they'll be mad". In which I hear him reply to her "I'll make sure to make it extra crispy for them". So I proceeded to cancel the order and placed the order with a different Rosatis from much further away... which will now cost me delivery and a tip. I will never order from this Rosatis again. One time I ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo from them, had it delivered, and there was no chicken. I called them up and they insisted they put chicken in it. I had to drive to them, and they dumped out the Alfredo and searched through it for any remnants of chicken in it. This place is a real crap hole and needs to be out of business. Our first visit to the Cary NC Rosati's Pizza was a great experience. We pre-ordered (for pick-up) a 16" Deep Dish (pick four and two Caesar large salads. The salads were good although I might suggest offering the croutons "on the side" so they remain crunchy. Our deep dish pizza was perfectly cooked and was filled with plenty our four topping selections. Whoever cooked our pizza knows how to bake a thick crust pizza with none of that "uncooked or doughy" crust that is so common with deep dish pizzas. Although the Cary restaurant is some 20-miles from our home.....because of the wonderful deep dish pizza we received.....and the restaurant's available specials and coupons...we will definitely visit this restaurant again! read more

Catered food for my moms birthday. The next day we were all sick either with diarrhea or vomiting. 7 people in total were sick, 4 were vomiting and the 3 chronic diarrhea. The food in common that we ate was the chicken. I believe we got salmonella poisoning. Will be seeing the doctor if I don't feel better. Update: Saw the doctor. Good pizza HOWEVER the delivery driver tried scamming us into tipping him the full cost of the pizza when the receipt says PAID and the last 4 digits of the card number. Highly disappointed. Illinois Covid restrictions call for indoor masks. When I walked in, not a single person was masked. Not the counter girl, the driver who was hanging out or any of the 10 plus people working in the back. When I asked why no one was masked all I got was a SHRUG... another woman came around the counter and said she was just a driver. When I said it didn't matter, if she was in the restaurant, she had to be masked. Its the law. She just shrugged too. I told them to keep their infected pizza. I used to enjoy this place, but I will NEVER go there again. Management (owners) are clearly not on board with the law. I've had issues the last two times I've ordered at this Rosatis location in Cary. I really love Rosatis pizza so it pains me to do this. Last order they straight screwed up a large pizza with one half cheese, the other pepperoni. Seriously. That's a thing that happened. They were nice enough to run over a small cheese so it was forgiven. Then tonight they got the toppings correct but just seemed to not care at all about the quality of the pizza, which is the reason why we eat at Rosatis instead of a Little Caesar's. The pizza at Rosatis is always north of $20 a pie but the quality is better. Well, for the pizza in the picture there was no quality at all. And that two liter of Pepsi was supposed to be Diet Pepsi. The pizza was hastily thrown together. I ordered onions and Italian beef on half but whoever made it couldn't be bothered to actually put it on the entire half. Where they did put it you can clearly see they didn't make sure there was cheese there. Thankfully they couldn't screw up the other half because it was just cheese. Seriously, someone made that, had no problem throwing it in the oven , and then someone else pulled it out, looked at it and had no problem boxing it. And the terrible cut job just shows that they didn't care. Well if you are gonna charge $20 for a pie you should care, or what's the point? They made sure to remind me that it was really busy but that's not an excuse to do a bad job. It just isn't. I don't mind the late delivery. That happens. But don't late deliver my order with a poorly put together pizza and the wrong soda. We do actually pay money for this stuff we order. We have the expectation that you will deliver a quality product the way we want it, when you say it will be here. I'm not trying to be a jerk but I don't understand why it's so hard to read a ticket and do what the ticket says. Same with the soda. I think there's four options at that location for two liters. Just take a second and make sure you have the right kind. Double check. There's no law against it. I worked at a pizza place when I was young, so I get how stressful it can be when you get slammed. But that's what managers are for. That's part of managing any restaurant - quality control. If the manager is also acting as the pizza cook when it gets busy, you need to hire another person. Seriously, it's minimum-ish wage position, if it's that busy you can afford it. The manager should be making sure that the product going out to the customer isn't garbage when it gets hectic, because the employees are trying to get things put fast, and high is understandable. That's why you need someone there to control the quality of what's coming out of the oven. And dont just send out something that obviously is under quality. It's easier to get it right the first time than fix it when it's already been delivered. It's beyond shameful to send out something you know is garbage in the hope the customer won't notice or care. Have some pride. That place is getting run into the ground. Another thing I remember from my pizza days was to never screw up two orders to the same person consecutively. It just screams "I want your money but I could care less about your experience." Well that's my rant of frustration. I hate doing this and I didn't ask for anything when I complained because this is dinner and we are gonna eat it because this is dinner and there's nothing else. But I'd be a fool to order there again. We work too hard to spend $50 on two pizzas that look like garbage. It's Galatis for me from now on. For what it's worth, the lady who answered the last two times I called was very nice and seemed to genuinely care. The manager, however, seemed to busy to bother. But give credit where it's due. The chopped salad, side salad, fries and dipping sauces. The pizza arrived warm and the chicken meal box was melted. The coleslaw was spilled on the bottom of the bag. When we called to ask for our missing items, we were met with a bit of annoyance. Rosati's of Cary is hit or miss. Unfortunately lately they have been missing. The crust tasted and felt stale, the thin crust usually has some crunch to it and the ingredients weren't as fresh as they should be on a busy Saturday night. I hate to be so brash but I've had better frozen pizza that cost a fraction of the price. I did not call to complain or give concerns because I really didn't want the apology given as a free pizza. I'm never ordering from here again. They messed up my order the last 3 times I ordered, and on the final time, the owner, Juan, insinuated I was lying to him when I called to complain! First, I ordered a Hawaiian pizza. When I opened the box, all the toppings were piled up on one side of the pizza. I ran back outside and luckily I was able to stop the driver before he left my driveway. He told me "that happens with Hawaiian pizzas", like I was supposed to just accept it even though it had clearly been turned on its side during delivery. I told him to take the pizza back and bring me a new one. My replacement pizza was fine. My next order a few weeks later was also messed up. I'm sure this is because the rude girl on the phone couldn't be bothered to pay attention while taking my order. I called and asked for a manager. I was very nice and told the man that I didn't want any credit and they didn't need to come out and fix anything. I just wanted him to know that this was my second bad experience and as manager he might want to know what's going on. He insisted on giving me a $10 credit, so I relented and took it. For my last (ever) order from Rosati's in Cary, I spoke once again to the rude girl. I told her I had a $10 credit, but she could find no record of it. She put me on hold for a while and finally came back and agreed to apply a $10 credit to my order. So I placed my order. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. 90 minutes later, I finally called them to say my pizza and salad never arrived. The rude girl put me on hold, and Juan, who I believe is the owner, came on the line. I told him my food hadn't arrived. He asked me to confirm the phone number I used for the order, then told me he had no record of any order from me. I explained that my order apparently had been "lost" and he told me that no, I just hadn't ordered from them. He then told me to hold on SO HE COULD CHECK HIS CALLER ID to confirm if I'd ordered from them. He said I was not on the caller ID so I must not have ordered from them. I explained again that I had, indeed, ordered food from them and they clearly didn't put the order through. Juan then told me that I couldn't have ordered from him because there was also no "ticket" for my order, and every order has a ticket. I explained again that they had just lost my order but at this point I no longer wanted it. Then Juan asked me "did you also order a salad?" and I told him yes. I guess he saw a pizza and a salad sitting there because he then said I had placed my order for pick up, not delivery, and that's why I never got it. Since I don't even know where in Cary this restaurant is, there's no way I placed an order for pick up. Then he went on to say "You're the guy who said you had a $10 credit when you didn't." I suppose the girl who took my order must have told him I asked for a credit even though she couldn't find a record of it. I told Juan I didn't want any of my food anymore and I'd just eat somewhere else. So, to sum it up, they screwed up my order 3 times in a row. The people that answer the phone are rude. Juan is not only rude but also condescending and confrontational on the phone. They gave me a $10 credit that I didn't even want, and when I tried to use it they said I didn't have it. Then I was accused of lying about it. And I was accused of lying about even ordering food there at all since they couldn't find me on the caller ID. Most disappointing pizza experience I've had in a LONG time! Couldn't get thru to Romanescos, so ordered Rosati's despite having questionable experiences previously.. we ordered a pepperoni and garlic pizza, side salads, fried mushrooms and a drink. The drink was wrong, so there's $2 in the garbage right off the bat, because no one in my house will drink it. Pepperoni and garlic pizza had no garlic that we could find, and so little pepperoni that some pieces didn't even have any (well, unless you consider the entire pizza one piece, since they neglected to effectively cut it). Salads were missing 3 of the 6 ingredients listed on the website (note: make sure you have Asiago cheese, red onion and spinach at home if you want what you ordered), although they did drop a couple of ad hoc green pepper pieces on there instead. And not sure why they asked us our choice of dressing if they weren't going to give us any. Absolutely not worth the $50 we paid for it. But they nailed the mushrooms! read more

Went for advertised lunch special 2 slices for $5. Bill was $9 and some change. Talked to cashier about special...he said you have to ask for special when ordering. What a scam to advertise special but then be charged another.. Lesson learned, go to other pizza joint for advertised and given lunch special without request. Something must have changed here because the good staff from over the summer are gone. The current employees and manager (Juan) are all incompetent and rude. Since November we have ordered pizza from them four times and on three of those occasions they have made the pizza wrong with completely incorrect ingredients. I called the other two times and they gave me a credit towards my next visit. Tonight they made my pizza wrong yet again, despite me telling them at the time I had ordered about the previous mistakes. I went back and brought the pizza back with me to prove that they made it wrong yet again. Juan was condescending and rude and could not understand why I was upset that my order was wrong because he said that he'd make me another one and I could get it when it was ready. I told him that they will deliver it to my house, because I was not driving back there three times in one night for one pizza due to their incompetence. The pizza arrived at my house in 40 minutes but it was not completely right, the ingredients were correct, but it wasn't cooked 'well done' as I had ordered originally. I accepted the pizza without complaint because I was starving at that point. This Rosati's must be under new management. I've had wonderful service in the past but last 2 visits in a month food and service has declined. Yesterday for example I ordered 2 large thin crust. 1 cheese &sausage and 1 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni. Called in at 440pm. Ran up to pickup pizzas at 510. Ordered was ready on time. Got home to the 8 family members waiting. (4 young grandkids). The pizzas I received were 1 large cheese and 1 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese. Okay big deal right? So I took a video of the pizzas and we then ate. Taste ok. We planned a trip for ice cream at the same complex of the Rosatis and I figured I would just show them their mistake and I would be compensated for the error. But no I was questioned by the manager disagreeing that I received 2 pizzas and I was wrong. I had to replay the video for him to understand the mistake. He then told they don't give credits for errors and that they would make me another pizza. I smiled said ok. I'm going next store for my ice cream with the family and I'll be back for my pizza. (That I won't eat now because we had already eaten). Anyways this Rostatis has lost my business. Good luck to those who try there service. read more
