It brings the perfect amount of heat with a bright kick of lime and makes for an excellent appetizer. I ordered the Enchiladas La Paz combination with extra jalapeños, and it did not disappoint. The added jalapeños brought just the right amount of spice and elevated the entire meal. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. The owner greeted us shortly after we arrived and welcomed us to the restaurant. Our server appeared quickly and from placing our order to receiving our drinks and food, I think this is an all time record of the quickest turn around I have ever experienced! . Wow! They are efficient here. We ordered a Negro Modelo and classic margarita. One of the top margaritas I've had (and I've had a lot). I got it on the rocks with a salt rim. Not sure blended is an option but on the rocks is We ordered carne asada (steak) burrito and quesadilla al pastor. Both were delicious. The marinated steak was so flavorful. Yum! We were passing through on our way to the Grand Tetons so it's unlikely we'll be back, which is a shame. This restaurant was a hit for us. Oh, we also got these lollipops which were mango with chile flavoring. Love the chicken shape.

We chose to go non alcoholic. Hubby had a diet coke and i had a glass of unsweetened iced tea. Drinks arrived quickly. My iced tea was very light almost like water. Salsa was not spicy enough but chips were crispy. Our food came within 10 minutes. I ordered grilled mahi tacos. The mini soft shell tacos came in a metal taco holder. Soft shells were soft and moist. And the grilled fish was fresh. It was not over filled and had a good balance. The sauce that came was delicious pinepple habanero sauce was to die for. I wished they would be like some other mexican reataurants that provided two options for salsa- a less spicy and one that kicked up a notch. However, that said- we did enjoy our food. We will be back.

When we told him what had happened, he immediately responded, "la carne es de hoy," when you can literally smell that the meat was not right. We repeated that it was not edible and asked for our money back and were told that he would not be doing that and to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager.
