A friend of mine loves this place so much ive decided to take my car here and help spread the word. Good honest mechanics can be hard to find these days. In a world where corporations are slowly taking over let's help support someone still doing good, honest, hard work. See you guys soon! Ros and his Son Don are excellent, honest and experienced mechanic's. As a family owned shop, Ros has over 20 years in the auto mechanics field and is a certified Master Tech and specializes in Hondas, import cars and works on domestic as well. When I've had any issue with my cars, Ros takes care to diagnose the problems right the first time. When other shops and mechanics ripped me off, I was recommend to try Ros. I've been coming here now for about 2 years and this is my home now for all my cars. Thank you Ros and Don! (Blakley) read more

Ros gives off a trusting vibe. Easy to talk to and relate with. I randomly stumbled upon his shop while I was having an issue with a work truck. He gave me a couple nuggets of knowledge and I was on my way. I came back a few months later to get a fuel pipe repaired and his shop had it done in the next 24 hours. They were easy to work with and I'll be coming back when my cars need a repair. His son works along Ros and is super cool and easy to work with! Thanks again guys! No issues so far! read more

I had a leak inside my car under the dashboard every time I turned on the air or heat. When I went to the Dodge dealership, they told me it would cost $250 just to diagnose the issue, and the technicians were almost certain the heater core and AC exhaust would need to be replaced. They estimated the repair would be anywhere from $1,000-$1,500. You can imagine the gut punch I felt, especially as a mother of 3 young kids and the holidays coming up. I started calling around for quotes and was referred to Ros by a nearby mechanic. When I called him, he was honest about the estimated cost of parts and labor but also asked detailed questions about what was happening with the car. After a few more questions, he told me he believed it wasn't the heater core at all, but likely a very simple fix. He asked me to bring the car by and made it clear he wasn't in the business of being dishonest or price-gouging, his goal was to help people whenever he could. The next day, I stopped by, and he fixed my car in less than 15 minutes and didn't charge me a dime. I literally cried on the drive home because I was so overwhelmed with gratitude. If I ever have car issues again, I will definitely be coming to Ros. read more

Great service. Ordered and replaced a part for my ac/heater and had it working all in the same day.

Finally a honest mechanic. You will get a honest estimate that will not try to cheat you and with reasonable prices

Quality and trustworthy service. Also competitively priced compared to other shops. Highly recommended.

I went in for an oil change and my air suspension was making noise. The mechanic conducted a thorough inspection and told me some potential issues that would need attention soon. I appreciated his honesty and the detailed explanation he provided about what needed to be done. It's clear that the team at Ros master tech is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their customers cars. read more

Critical: Quality I came in for an AC repair. I wanted it done right for the summer heat so I thought I'd go to a professional. Brought my own part and they told me that they couldn't give labor warranty. Understandable. Fast forward 2 weeks. My AC doesn't work and I just don't bother bringing it back because I agreed to the labor not being warrantied. The compressor still worked but AC is leaking constantly after 1 day. I just decided to live with the summer heat because I didn't want to shell out another 1k+. A few months later, I have more money to bring it to someone else to get it looked at. Inspected for possible leaks and found it to be from a ripped o-ring to the compressor. They replaced the o-ring and my AC is working fine for over 3 weeks now. My issue with Ros Mastertech is that the job was clearly done poorly. I didn't bring the car back because of the agreement we made beforehand. However, finding out that the issue was due to poor workmanship and not for a faulty part is upsetting. I understand that mistakes happen. I understand I could have gone back and gotten it looked at at the very least. I didn't want to pay another diagnostic fee+labor for possibly the same issue. Glad I got it fixed properly from another place in the end. Also btw: I was made to pay diagnostic + repair. Not sure if AC is included within what another reviewer posted about diagnostic fee being waived with repair or not but I was charged repair + diagnostic. Service: Air conditioning read more

My husband went to Honda Tracy yesterday to have our maintenance for our suv and they told him that the front compliance bushing needs to be replaced, though we don't feel any vibration at all every time he drives it. So he refused and went to Ros' Master Tech instead. After diagnosing the pilot, they said there's nothing wrong with it, just a normal wear and tear. Don't be fooled by Honda Service Center in Tracy. Ros thanks for always helping us and for being honest, too. read more

Efficient, direct, fair pricing. Ros and his staff thoroughly explained any further issues and additionally made minor repairs for no extra charge to initial quote. This is a fairly new place and have low volume of reviews, do not hesitate to give them a try if you're looking for an efficient place with quality repair. They even torqued down my wheels to manufacture recommended specs which is what most places do not do. It's the little things that counts and Ros+staff takes good care of his clients Strongly recommended read more

I have had my wife's Honda in Ros shop a few times and I find him to be very trustworthy. That's the number one quality I look for in a tech. I feel confident in what Ros says to be true. If you can I suggest giving Ros your business. There is not a lot of honest techs and the ones that are honest should be rewarded with your business. read more

These guys are great! Honest and affordable and just all around great. I needed an oil leak checked out on my car and Ros was able to have it looked at within 15 min of me calling. I was greeted with a warm welcome and I love that they broke down what exactly was going on with the car and told me I didn't need to worry about it. I ended up getting new brakes and Rotors through them after Ros explained to me what was happening with my last set. Room a week to get the parts and the day I came to get it done I was in and out within an hour. He came and showed me all the parts and how they worked before installing them and made sure I knew that they were good quality. I really appreciate that they made me feel Important to them and I will definitely be taking my car to them for anything in the future. Excellent customer service and family owned place. Thank you Ros! read more

Ros' is a professional, well priced, and HONEST mechanic. Don't let the big chain people with thier millions of reviews fool you. Remember that they pay money to be featured first... anyways.. they did a quick oil change for me, were kind enough to check everything for me in the car to make sure she was runnning well, and also chat with me while I waited. Such great guys working in the shop, honestly, years and YEARS of experience from these fine men. I'll be taking my car back to get it serviced soon, don't doubt it, this is the best shop in Stockton. UPDATE: went back to have them fix a loud squeaking noise in my car, they fixed it, got it back to me quick, and charged me half of what I would have paid at the dealership. I love this shop soo much. These guys are absolutely amazing. read more

They are always great and prices are affordable. Ros always explains in detail to me what is happening and doesn't up charge me if it is very minor work. I went in for an oil change and to fix my Defroster. It stopped working and he opened and went in thru my dash but all it needed was a dust and manual push to get it going again. He told me the truth and didn't charge me for it even though it took him extra time to do all that and put it back together. Great customer service. read more

Brought my CMAX energi to replace transmission. No other mechanics would touch it, except the dealer. Their estimate was almost 7k. Took to Ros' and they did it for half the price within two week; and that's because we had to wait for the transmission to be delivered. They took pictures and sent me updates. Answered the phone when I called. Very down to earth people. Let's continue to support good, honest business. read more

Recently single mature woman... This was my first real experience dealing with an Auto Repair Service... I chose Ros' Master Tech because I've heard good things about his service and of course... Brought my vehicle in for a few repairs and inspection before smog. Ros is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back

Never had a mechanic so trustworthy. Other shops like to play with your money and lie about a lot of things. Paul fixed my alternator for cheap and now it runs like brand new car. I will continue to go there and would refer others. read more

They offer quick service, and if they don't have to work on your car, they let you know. My check engine light came on, they looked at it and suggested I try a new gas cap, then if that didn't work, to bring it back. No charge for looking at my car or the advice. No long wait either. read more

The owner Ros is Awesome. He helped me understand exactly what I needed. Took care of my 2005 Acura Tl and got me back on the road in great time. I highly recommend Ros auto they are very honest mechanic! I take my car there and since they don't find nothing wrong they didn't charged me even though they spend time on my car. Also they are a Cambodian business which I very much support read more

Ros was extremely professional. I only had an issue with my splash guard and he was able to take me right away and help me within 5 minutes. It was by far my best experience at an auto shop yet. I will definitely be coming back for any future auto care needs. read more

I'm not sure how to review, really. Taking my old car in for an annual checkup, I had been told a year prior (at a different repair shop now out of business) that it had a minor gasket problem, but it still wasn't leaking oil. It did after Ros's looked at it, for several days. Maybe in the course of the exam? It hasn't leaked since. I was told that the car wouldn't last much longer without costly repairs because of this. The suspension was another problem, but that was liveable. I decided to look for another car, but as it's happened, the old one is still going fine after 6 months although I did not get any repairs. It did seem to me that the extent of the problem might have been exaggerated. read more

All ways take care of me and my car when I bring it in for small or big repairs great customer service will be my go to people from now on
