The service was really great. The staff will help you find the colour and size you need and bring it to you in the fitting room. The one woman who helped me brought me a few additional items to try on. I ended up getting two hoodies, sweatpants, and a dress. The dress was comfortable during my travels where The temperature fluctuated during the day and evening so I wore it with and without leggings and a hoodie which matched. The sweatpants come is various fits and the ones I got aren't too bag or too tight. The prices can be high without any discount so I would shop when there's a sale. Hoping the pieces will last me a few seasons as they are comfortable and keep me warm.

Perhaps the only thing missing is Molson Canadian's Rant commercial and a comfortable Chesterfield. The store itself is nice appointed and layed out, and with good customer service. I picked up an awesome Quicksilver hoodie here for only $30, which is a crazy steal. That's about 50% off! The trick is to get them early Spring or late Summer, that's when the winter gear is on sale! Below the Belt isn't all about hoodies though. If you're into skate, snow, or surfboarding fashion then this is one of the best places to go to in Southgate. I was also grateful because she was super helpful with putting items on hold for my mom to go pick up later as my birthday gift! Sadly there was one piece I couldn't find in the store so she wrote it down and mentioned to my mom how they could special order it to the store so I could pick it up once it arrived in the store. Of course, my mom thought that was a great idea and went forward with it and stuck the receipt I needed in the gift bag along with everything else. Well later we got the email stating it had arrived and right away I drove all the way to the west end from Sherwood Park and I had forgotten the receipt I needed to pick up the shirt my mom had special ordered for me. I felt like a complete idiot but luckily the girls at the counter reassured me that if someone at home could send me a picture of it that would be totally acceptable as well. Gravity Pope is a YEG original and here to stay. Offering so many amazing designer goods that they somehow select with a unique individuality that really keeps the vibe of the store throughout. There are no bad items that drag down this places street cred. Even the sock are displayed on a cure washing line. They sell really funky sunglasses which my husband will love, I can't wait to take him with me next time. Really smart, fashionable street and work wear for bold Edmontonians. I love it.

They carry high-end designer brands such as Betsey Johnson and Hugo Boss. There is a wide selection in jeans, which include the Diesel brand. I think I saw some Diesel underwear for guys too ... Gravity Pope Tailored Goods also sells colognes and perfumes, along with a matching line of scented candles. The candles smelled really nice (especially the dark rum and mochito), but again, I didn't bother checking the price because I saw no point. The shop is fairly large, with another half extending past a ramp. They've got the old wooden floors that creak, and really creepy-looking dummies on either side of the entrance at the ramp. They were also playing creepy music when I was there, but I guess that's beside the main point. Maybe if most of the items weren't made in either China or Turkey, I would consider buying something on sale. But since they are, it's not even worth an exclusive Betsey Johnson dress, in my opinion.

The quality is fantastic - luscious, cozy, elegant fabrics and designs - sexy & sophisticated, inspired by more than a hint of Paris, and most of the pricing is reasonable, although there are a few higher-end price tags about the store.
