My name is Sepideh and I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy and therapeutic massage focused on pain management and chronic conditions involving the muscular and nervous systems. I work with clients experiencing neck and shoulder pain, hip and lower-back issues, headaches, whiplash, post-surgical scar-tissue tension, gym-related strains, and many other injuries or dysfunctions. My approach blends advanced techniques such as Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and PNF stretching. I also provide Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), which is especially effective for reducing edema before and after cosmetic or medical surgeries and for supporting recovery from mild head injuries or concussion-related discomfort. At Roots Empire, every session is customized to your unique needs. I design a personalized treatment plan to help you heal, feel better, and move with greater ease and comfort.

What began as drawing evolved into exploring the living language beneath the skin, leading to a deep desire to understand and heal the body through touch.
