I loved literally everything I tried on. Dena was so friendly and helpful. She knew exactly what would look good on me and helped me put together a beautiful outfit. I'm not sure how to review this store and still be fair to the store and the customer. I don't want…read moreto bad mouth the friendly staff or the very beautiful clothing but what I can comment on is the fact that if you are selling clothing at the very high price point that you do ... DO NOT add a .50 cents for a paper bag . That's is actually such a serious ridiculous decision to do that I will be staying clear of supporting this local store . This is when common sense needs to kick in and the owners need to use it .

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service…read more Purchased a coat 3 weeks ago (to the day), had lost the receipt but gave them my information when purchased so figured it wouldn't be an issue. When I visited the store today to make the return, I was told I was WELL over the return date (which was 14 days) and that they could not find me in the system. So the item I had the tags on, and was clearly from the store, I could not only not return, but they would also not offer me some type of store credit. I find it funny that although between my mother and myself, we've purchased multiple items, that we wouldn't be in the system at all. Not whatsoever. I was treated like I was trying to steal from them, and a child. They looked down on me and hid behind their "policies". Having worked in retail for 5+ years (both small business and corporate) I understand policies are put into place for a reason, but do not agree with the way I was treated and it is extremely clear they do not care about their customers. They've not only lost me as a customer but my sisters, mother, and others I will share this story with in the future. Bye forever Bella + Wren. I won't miss you.

I dropped off some prized-pieces of dresses, shoes and clothing items I have been trying to keep for years, wishing some day I may be able to fit in them again. Well, some wishes don't come true but I didn't forget to drop in and check out what they have in season. Their clothing boutique is small but quite sweet and was visually appealing. To my surprise, I found a Smart Set dress that was in an exceptional condition (SS was one of my fave stores that was discontinued). It fit like a glove and even better it was prized at $4! What a steal! This thrift store was a bit far off from downtown Langley but was worth the drive out. I would definitely come here again, especially when I donate again but also will be checking out any rare find!

Was told to call right at opening the next day to put it on hold it I wanted it. The space was perfect. Called in the morning and was told I can't put it on hold. Asked to speak to a manger, and spoke to TOBY. He was so incredibly rude and obstinate. Wouldn't even hold it for 90 minutes (how long it would take me to drive there.) so basically I would be driving all the way there with a young baby and toddler (not to mention the cost of gas) to gamble if I get it or not. I have shopped at this store location since they opened years ago. I will not be shopping here again. Hoping they open one closer to my town so I don't have to go to Abbotsford.
