At a little over the 2 hour mark I stated I wanted to pay and leave cuz I wasn't going to wait any longer. She was like only about 30 more minute til we get to you. Which would have been almost the three hour mark. Never once mentioned it was going to be that long when I got there or I would have left and come back later. Very disappointed. That was perfectly fine and reasonable. What was not reasonable was that this turned into a pedicure for a completely different customer, and a manicure for another customer, taking over an hour until my wife finally could get her nails finished. Once she was finally worth these people's times, the job was butchered with several jagged edges and cracks. The staff in general were rude and racist (they were throwing around racial slurs casually). You couldn't pay me to come here again. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE
