It was Sunday evening when I discovered a plumbing problem at the house. I decided to put out a…read morerequest a quote through Yelp so I could see who was available and get some pricing for Monday morning. I've had this issue happen years ago so I was pretty confident in the fact that I needed my main line snaked/augered. I feel like the whole point of doing these requests is to get the info you need without a bunch of phone calls and visitors to the house, but it feels like pulling teeth trying to get a quote out of someone. I understand there are variables, but I'm including a description of what I need... at least give me a ballpark. While Holy City is one of the ones that would not offer any pricing, they did offer a free estimate and they also got back to me Sunday evening within minutes of putting in my request. I went back and forth on the app and set up an appointment for Monday morning between 10am-12pm and was told I would get a text 30 mins before to let me know someone was on the way. Well 10-12 came and went with no tech, no call, and no text. I did shoot them a message at that point letting them know that nobody came. A while later, they sent me a message saying that my appointment time had changed and would now be between 3-5pm. No apology or acknowledgement of the missed appointment from that morning. So I replied, "No thank you. You already no call/no showed our first appointment". I get no response on the app so I figure what's done is done. Then I get a text around 3:15pm letting me know a tech is on his way to my home. I responded with a shortened version from above and that I no longer wanted service. Then it seemed I was getting a new message from an Aaron D stating he canceled the appointment and was sorry for the confusion about my appointment. I pointed out that there was no confusion about the appointment and that I was ready and waiting the whole time to which their tech no call/no showed. Then they just reschedule me for 5 hours later with zero explanation or apology. At that point, the problem was already fixed by another plumber from another company who was more reliable. From there, Aaron did apologize for the inconvenience and acknowledged that the mistake was on their end and he would deal with it internally. Based on other reviews and the quick response to my initial inquiry, I was really looking forward to a great experience. Maybe this was a fluke for them, but I can only go off of the experience I had and it was quite disappointing. I'll add an extra star for Aaron reaching out to remedy the situation and acknowledging their mistake, but I won't be recommending them to anyone else.

Wow! Everything was fine and then my house's water pressure took a nose dive. My neighbor called…read moreto tell us that a stream of water was gurgling up in the middle of our gravel driveway. Well that explains the water pressure issue. We called Beverly at 1:30pm that afternoon and by 4pm a crew of 2 people were here to help. I could not have asked for a better set of workers. Think of any positive attribute and that was pretty much them. Friendly and courteous, great communicators, incredibly strong work ethic, and just all around nice people. I'm talking about you Gustavo and E. They started by digging up the gravel driveway where the water was coming out. For the next 3 hours they keep shifting and expanding the hole, moving rock and dirt, and following the leak until they uncovered the section of offending pipe. It was getting dark at that point. They didn't have the type of pipe on the truck to fix it. So they packed up the truck and made a quick run to local True Value which was closing in 30 minutes. When they made it back and repaired the break it was pitch black outside and they were working by flashlight. By the time I checked on them again they had the hole filled back in, everything put back in place, and my water pressure restored. I learned that one of the guys had been going since 5:30am that morning and mine was their 6th job of the day. They gave my job all they had and got it done. I can't express how impressed I am by Beverly's quick response to my need and the incredible effort that was made on my behalf. Two thumbs up for Gustavo and E. and the rest of the Beverly team
