I submitted a Yelp query and quickly heard back from Lisa. I explained what I needed and she scheduled an appt to assess and talk estimates. Corey arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed two intake vents replaced, one was a custom size. And I needed 12 "boots" and grates replaced on the vents. I had tried to do this myself and it was just impossible. Corey explained what was needed and we discussed the price. Jump ahead to the work day. I needed to run some errands so I phoned the office to confirm arrival time. Lisa was quick to find out the answer and let me know. Around 10AM, per plan, Maurice and Marquis arrived. The work required hours of being on site and they were quick to get started. To say replacing the vents was difficult would be an understatement but they got it all done. I called them on a Tuesday and they were able to come out the next day and clean my clogged dryer vent. Yahel and Uziel showed up as scheduled. They were both very kind and professional. Yahel, the owner, kept me in the loop along the way and was upfront about the cost. You can tell he's genuinely a great guy. I'm so happy I decided to give them a call.
