Not a great experience, but with the help of their manager, not a absolutely terrible one…read more In June I started having troubles with my 20 year old HVAC. Something I had been expecting for a long time. A tech came by to fix the issue, but said he didn't know how long the fix would last. So, we decided to go ahead and schedule a date to replace the entire HVAC system since we had a newborn at the house and he said with the way everything is there can be a long wait. Fast forward to the replacement date, the techs were nice, ran into some troubles, but it was replaced that day. About a week later the system completely shut off and we had to call them back for maintenance. They fix that issue quickly (8 hours or so without AC). Fast forward another two or so weeks and our entire system shut down again. He came last Thursday and said basically two plugs had a surge that blew up and that they could only temporarily fix it until they got a new plug. We had to go with the temporary fix because again we have a newborn and no family to stay with nearby. The temporary fix was to basically cut in a wrong size fan that ra continuously. The part took more than a week to arrive, but was fixed on September 1st and because of all of the difficulties the manager was nice enough to cover the cost of the surge protector. They are definitely a sales company and try to sell you something with each visit , but the issues were taken care of as quickly as they could and they did honor their warranty. So, all in all, decent company but not without troubles.

They were very focused and considerate. I was impressed with how detail oriented they were. They checked and double checked that every new component was operating perfectly and that I was fully satisfied. the guys noted that my old blower had hidden mold and mildew and that our new unit's UVC light would control this. After just one night's operation I have noticed how clean our home's air is now and that my itchy throat is gone. HVAC systems are a huge expense so make sure you get a pro team to install and maintain your investment. C &C Meyers is a smart choice.

The seller hired this company, and they provided letters stating everything was fine. We've lived here two weeks and have already needed two emergency plumbing calls--both confirmed the exact problem the inspector warned about. Our upstairs humidity is 80%, just like the inspector flagged, yet this company claimed no issue existed. We never would have moved forward without their so-called "cure" letters. When I called to ask if they'd reevaluate the HVAC without charging us (since they just cleared it for the seller), they refused. After our water heater failed--despite their letter saying it was fine--I didn't even bother calling again.

I received a few estimates to remediate our system and clean our ducts that were between $8000-$14000. Then ECO Friendly Services came to our rescue! Not only did they save us thousands of dollars, they were available almost immediately. Professional and thorough, they explained the process in detail and provided before and after photos. I was so impressed, and never expected the ducts to be so clean after a relatively quick treatment. With 4 kids I am also so thankful that the process is GREEN, and safe for everyone working in the home. I am so thankful for Effy's (our technician) calm, detailed demeanor during what was an emergency for our family. I recommend them highly.

When I made the appointment I explained on the phone that I have a stacked unit on the second floor that vents to the roof and asked if there was anything I needed to do to prepare for the appointment. I was assured it was no problem at all and they would clean the vent from inside the house. The person who came out was kind of rude and complained about having to move my washer and dryer to get to the vent. My slow drying times didn't improve at all and based on the amount of lint they got out, I'm not confident it's really that much cleaner. Next time I'll find someone else.
