Once the Andrew and Gustavo arrived at my house on the day of the job, they were friendly and went right to work. They wore shoe covers when coming into my house, and they were very knowledgeable and communicated what they needed (like turning on the faucets in my bathrooms when the main water line was shut off). I had bought the utility sink that I wanted to replace my old one with so Andrew and Gustavo figured out the new piping that needed to be put in, and went the extra mile to make sure that the install of the sink was perfect by stabilizing the sink so it wouldn't be so shaky. The entire job took a little under three hours, and I was very pleased with the craftsmanship. All the work was explained to me. They truly live up to their namesake, Plumbing Pros!

(Exact same phone number and Ed is still in charge) My mom passed away shortly after she contracted with Ed, we recently did an audit of some of her building expenses. We found two bills, 9/21/05 and 9/23/05 BOTH paid in full. Two of the line items were exactly for the same repair/re[placement. A Gerber laundry room faucet ($465) and $390. Rather expensive for a $35/faucet. But charged and paid for TWICE. There is ONLY 1 laundry room in the building. I recently contacted Ed directly, sending him the copies of the posted paid invoices. Asking him about the duplicate charge and to refund the smaller of the two amounts. He refused. Granted it has been many years, but the audit was just conducted and the discrepancy found. Ed took advantage of a dying senior citizen and now refuses to correct his mistake. I'm using the term mistake, only because I find it difficult to think that his business would take advantage of a female senior citizen who died of cancer shortly after he performed these services.

Hired Lacassa plumbing to fix a small leak in the basement. They technician came out and cut out…read morethe pvc and reconnected everything with mission bands, he did not hard pipe everything back together as we discussed. After paying him $1700, my wife took a shower up on the second floor. Water poured all the way down into the basement. The ceiling on the 1st was soaked and pretty much collapsed when I went to cut it out. Michael, the owner showed up and agreed with me that the technician who did the work in the basement did a poor job. Micheal fixed everything in the basement. I cut holes in the 2nd and 1st floor bathroom walls so he had access to the pvc riser pipe. After I repaired all of the drywall and repainted everything, I noticed every time you use the 2nd floor bathroom shower, water drips all the way down to the basement. I have been calling, leaving messages and emailing Lacassa plumbing for 4 months , not once did I get a response. $2500 later, not including my time and material to fix the drywall, I still have a leak. I would definitely not recommend this company. what I have seen , his technicians, as they call themselves, are far from being plumbers.
