Specialties
Rooter Sewer Drain Man is a family-owned, owner-operated drain cleaning company. I personally answer my phones, speak directly with every customer, and perform the work myself. I provide honest, dependable service for residential, commercial, and HOA customers, specializing in drain cleaning, storm drains, hydro jetting, catch basins, French drains, and drainage problems. My goal is simple: do the job right, treat people with respect, and earn your trust.
History
Established in 1976.
I started Rooter Sewer Drain Man because I wanted to build a business based on something I believe is important—earning people’s trust.
I’ve always believed that when someone calls for help, they deserve to know who they are dealing with. That’s why I personally answer my phones, speak directly with my customers, and personally perform the work.
I chose to keep the business owner-operated because I want to be responsible for the quality of every job. My name is on the truck, my name is on the business, and I take that responsibility seriously.
Over the years, I’ve built my business through hard work, personal service, and word of mouth. I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built with my customers and grateful every time someone gives me the opportunity to help.
My goal has never been to become the biggest company. It’s to provide honest service, do quality work, and leave every customer knowing they were treated fairly and with respect.
Meet the Business Owner: Eddie B.
Hi, I’m Eddie, owner and operator of Rooter Sewer Drain Man.
I’m a small, owner-operated business, and I believe customers deserve personal service. When you call, you’re talking directly to me. I answer my own phones, listen to your concerns, and take the time to understand the problem.
When I come to your home or business, I personally do the work. My name is on the business, and I stand behind what I do.
I believe trust is earned through honesty, respect, and doing the job right. I’ll explain what I find, give you my honest recommendation, and never push work you don’t need.
I treat every customer the way I would want my own family treated.
I’m not trying to be the biggest company. I simply want to be someone you can trust and feel comfortable calling when you need help.
Thank you for the opportunity to earn your trust.
