During our sessions, she works hard on my tight knots and knows exactly my problem areas to focus on. Being a person who had pretty severe lower back pain from school/work, she nursed me back to health and gave me tips on how to stretch and work on my back at home. I ended up getting a foam roller too, and she gave me great tips to stretch on it. Making appointments: Just go online and check her calendar to find a time that works best with your schedule. You enter your email address and your number, and her system will automatically send you email reminders. Facilities: 3rd floor of an office building - there's a little water river/stream in the middle of the building, behind it there's an elevator. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and make a right. Her room (suite 321) is right next to a CPA office. During your massage, she'll play soothing music and recommend various lotions for aromatherapy. I particularly like chamomile and mint scented ones, it makes it particularly relaxing. Massage: THE BEST, EVER. Period. I've seen a great deal of masseuses in my lifetime. I used to be part of Massage Envy and I would cycle between different people each time I went to the point where I had a track record for never having a set person. That all changed when I met Joy, she's the only person I trust for a massage. I deeply miss her now that I'm in Seattle, I don't know where I can find as good as a massage ever again. I do frequently come back to San Diego to visit, and whenever I do, I always book an appointment with her again! Overall: LOVE HER, she's the best, hands down. You won't find anyone greater and she's the most sincere, honest, and patient person I know. You'll see what I mean when you meet her!

The only minor issue I had was that I was able to hear people in the hallway since it's a shared business location. It reminded me that I am perfectly where I'm supposed to be and connected me with the right people along the way. Erika was especially such a gem to work with. The space itself was easy to find with ample parking, very clean, and had a mystical, welcoming energy to it. I got Reiki Somatic with inner child work and a reading. While I enjoyed it, I wasn't really sure what to expect or how much it had helped. I decided to give it another chance with Erika, and I'm so glad I did. What really stood out to me was that she reached out BEFORE my appointment to learn more about me and understand how she could best support me. I came into that first session with no expectations. I was going through one of the most difficult and vulnerable periods of my life, and honestly wasn't sure what I needed. I've now been seeing Erika for over a year, and I can genuinely say she's helped me navigate one of the hardest chapters of my life. I honestly can't imagine going through that time without our sessions. Through Reiki and inner child healing, I've learned so much about myself, things I never even realized I needed to work on. More than anything, Erika created a space where I felt completely safe to be myself, whether I was sad, happy, emotional, or just trying to make sense of everything. I never felt judged. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. I've always felt that she truly cares about my healing and has gone above and beyond to help me become a happier, more authentic version of myself. She helped me feel like me again. I also love the little touches she includes. At the end of each session, she offers a tarot card reading, which has been surprisingly meaningful. The next day, she sends a thoughtful check-in message along with a summary of the intentions and goals we discussed during the session. If there's a longer gap between appointments, she'll even check in with a phone call to see how you're doing. Those little things make such a big difference and show how much she genuinely cares about her clients. I truly cannot recommend Erika enough. Thank you, Erika, for helping me heal, grow, and find myself again.

A few years ago, I attended a local sound bowl healing event led by Cassandra. During the event,…read moreshe shared information about her other offerings, including Kundalini Awakening sessions. I was immediately drawn to her calming, genuine energy and knew I wanted to experience a session for myself. After my first session, I began having what I can only describe as profound insights and moments of clarity. It felt as though an old, dusty shelf in my mind, where I had stored years of unresolved emotions and limiting beliefs, had finally been shaken loose. Instead of avoiding those parts of myself, I found myself wanting to explore them. Shadow work became easier and more natural, and I was able to process things that I had ignored for years. Some of the changes were subtle, while others led to significant life decisions, but every one of them moved me forward with greater confidence and purpose. The sessions themselves are incredibly beautiful and deeply peaceful. Whenever Cassandra receives a message during a session, she shares it with such kindness and authenticity, and each time it has been exactly what I needed to hear. I also purchased one of Cassandra's Clearings, and it was one of the most impactful experiences I've had. The messages were remarkably accurate and deeply resonated with where I was in my life. In fact, the very next day after listening to my clearing for the first time, I experienced a major breakthrough with my adult son. Our relationship shifted in a positive direction, opening the door for us to rebuild a stronger, healthier connection. That experience alone has led me to recommend her Clearings to so many people. The personal growth I've experienced has also strengthened my relationship with my partner. We've both noticed positive changes in ourselves, and through this journey we've found ourselves reconnecting with our faith in Jesus Christ in a much deeper and more meaningful way. I am incredibly grateful for Cassandra, her compassion, and the gifts she shares with others. If you're feeling called to work with her, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I know I'll be exploring more of her offerings in the future, and I'm excited to see where the journey continues to lead.
