I've done years of very healing therapy, and knew I needed to take the next step to spiritual healing. Parminder was recommended by a friend and from our first conversation I knew I wanted to do some healing work with her. I also wanted to study shamanism so I've begun a year long process with her on this sacred path. I look forward to the teachings and deeper connection each time we meet. read more

Parminder is a true healer. She's real, she's humble, she's intuitive, yes... but she also shows up as this amazing human on her own journey, the same as all of us. She's committed to finding her own answers and to sharing her experiences along the way. Her raw authenticity, vulnerability and intuition is inspiring to witness. She's also damned funny and a constant reminder that doing the work, at times, should be joyful. I'm grateful to call Parminder a friend and an ally and our work together has been nothing short of life changing. read more

It is my pleasure to write a review for the Shamanic Soul Center. I have been working with Parminder on phone sessions monthly sometimes biweekly appointments for about a year now. I have had such a profound shift from our time together. I started working with Parminder because I really was seeking more tools to be grounded in my every day life. I have definitely experienced a shift in perspective and growth. We have so many choices for healing, and I'm very grateful that I chose this path for myself. Thank you! read more

I've been doing reiki with Parminder for just a little while, and I highly recommend her. I've experienced quite a lot of trauma in a very short period of time. Working with Parminder is helping me to both heal and grow. I will continue my work with her, and hope that you will consider doing so as well. You won't be disappointed. read more

I've only been working with Parminder for a few short months, however the transformation I feel in the short time since we've met has been extremely life changing. I met Parminder though my husband, who encouraged me to speak with her about the weight of the world I felt on my shoulders. I was hesitant at first as I am not one to "share feelings" but Parminder provides an environment that makes me feel comfortable, welcome, and calm. She provides a sense of peace and her energy and power to connect with me on so many levels is a gift she uses implicitly. We are at very early stages of healing but the way my mindset has changed and the way I am choosing to live my life daily has given my soul a boost it hasn't seen in some time. I love her incremental approach to healing. It makes the changes I choose to make in my life realistic and intentional. I've come to understand that I am not here to reach perfection but am here to cultivate changes that make my life meaningful to me. I feel energized, happier and my family sees the difference in me. Without a doubt, I would recommend Parminder to anyone who needs someone to guide them with positive energy and zero judgement. She is an amazing listener, teacher and spiritual healer! read more

My work with Parminder over the last year has been such a gift! I live across the country from the Shamanic Soul Center so most of our work has been done by phone sessions. I had no idea how powerful Parminder's guidance and Reiki could be through the phone- don't hesitate to try it! This is heart opening and healing work, and also so practical and even FUN work. I'm so grateful for all the beauty and possibility Parminder has helped me to connect with and prioritize. read more

I have worked with Parminder for the last 3 months. I began working with her for guidance in my grief journey after my beloved husband of 32 years died suddenly and unexpectedly. Through our work together, I am discovering self-compassion, a skill set that I have not been used to practicing. Parminder is a gifted healer who has the intuitive ability to recommend practices and techniques that have helped me so much to live more fully engaged in life.I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with Parminder and plan on continuing this healing work with her. I highly recommend working with Parminder read more

I have been working with Parminder for close to a year now. Working with her has had a tremendous impact on my life and has allowed me to heal from childhood traumas and be more present and connected as a father and husband. Parminder's approach is patient, understanding and when appropriate, challenging one to dig deeper and really address the issues that are holding their lives back. As a result of my work with Parminder I feel more confident, happier, engaged with family and friends and have a great and positive outlook on life. I highly encourage you to work with her as a healer and spiritual guide. Enoch K. read more

Wow. Since starting to see Parminder, my life has transformed. Her approach is unique, "technical" where need be, and might I add that she's not only intelligent, but "wise beyond her years". She gives you the feeling of being "home" - and while I'm an advocate for anyone improving themselves, THAT feeling, is exactly what I need to navigate through my own traumas and re-evaluations of self. I turned to her instead of seeking western thought practices; that doesn't mean my choice is a choice everyone should make, though. For me, it's like I've met someone I knew years ago, a teacher and a guide; but I must also "do the work" on myself in between sessions. Her theories and approach are practical, so it's not like super "woo-woo" for anyone just getting started. BTW - She's VERY educated, but her passion lies in her approach to healing via the Shamanic Soul Center. I'm eastern in much of my approach to life, and her knowledge surpasses anything I've ever come across in this lifetime. I have brought my husband to see her even and he was also seriously impressed - and he's VERY skeptical of anyone and everything. I cherish my healing relationship with Parminder and will be working with her for years to come. I know for some it may be a courageous step to seek out reiki/energy work, but I will tell you that her "gift" is unlike anything I've ever experienced. She is AUTHENTICALLY what she represents. I HIGHLY recommend her! read more

I've been working with Parminder over a year now and I can't begin to describe the transformation my life has undergone. I came to her in pieces and with her knowledge and guidance and my hard work and dedication, I feel the best I've EVER felt. I found Parminder on Yelp and I remember feeling uncertain about going. I've tried different types of therapies and I've had physicians try to push me to take pills, but I've never tried to heal myself in spiritual ways. Little did I know at the time that this was exactly what I needed. Parminder was so intuitive from the very beginning and she always seemed to understand me and what I needed in order to heal from past traumas. I will be forever grateful to her. Thank you Parminder! read more

I recently completed Parminder's series of reiki courses and it has been life changing! She is such an amazingly compassionate and intuitive healer and a wonderful teacher. She is incredibly patient and articulate when explaining new concepts to her students. I love all the opportunities she provided for practice of new techniques with her virtual clinics and with classmates which really helps build up confidence when practicing on your own. She is super approachable and kind which creates such a beautiful and welcoming space. She also is invested in her student's progress, checking in with them in the down time between classes, to ensure that everything taught is being well integrated while we practice on our own. I love the sense of community that is created by her and I'm so incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to have her guide me on my reiki journey. It has been so empowering and has left me with a strong sense of inner peace, balance, and groundedness which I desperately needed! I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in receiving or learning reiki! read more

As a nurse, I trust in Western medicine and science, but nothing seemed to help with my depression, anxiety, and chronic pain. I wasn't sure how much longer I could go on feeling the way I was. I would go to bed crying because I was in so much pain and I was having panic attacks almost daily for a year prior to meeting Parminder. It has only been a couple of months since working with her and I no longer get panic attacks and my pain has gotten significantly better. She has been so supportive and offered me a safe space to explore parts of me that needing healing. I have met with her in person as well as remotely/over the phone and each session is just as powerful regardless of location. I am so grateful to have found her and for all of the positive changes I have experienced since working with her! Thank you Parminder for offering your gifts to the world. If there was ever a supermom, it is Parminder! She is so nurturing, caring, and protective and always prioritizes your well-being, even if you might not be at the time. I discovered Shamanic Soul Center about a year and a half ago and since then I have become more attuned to my soul purpose. I have recently quit my job and am in the process of switching careers and Parminder has always been there to support and guide me. She has a way of making things seems less complicated and scary transitions seem not so scary! I have learned so much from Parminder and yet still have a long way to go. I love that there are a lot of options for learning Reiki and Shamanism in group settings; it is great to be able to connect with other like-minded souls! read more

Thank goodness for virtual healing sessions! If you don't live in San Diego and can't make it to Shamanic Soul Center, I HIGHLY recommend Parminder's virtual sessions. I moved away from San Diego at the start of 2017 and was really missing my regular healing sessions with Parminder. When I got pregnant later in the year, I realized how much I needed energy healing and Parminder's support on my journey to motherhood. When Parminder told me about virtual sessions (over the phone), I thought I'd give it a try. I was blown away by our session - it was just like being in person in her office! Although I anticipated that it would be beneficial, it far exceeded my expectations. Our coaching session at the beginning really helped me to shift my perceptions around some things that I am working on as I prepare for motherhood. They are subtle shifts, but with really huge impacts, and really helped me to see some of the challenges I am struggling with in new ways - and as blessings and gifts on my path. As soon as she started guiding me in the visualization for the energy healing part of the session, I immediately felt an energetic shift in my body. I laid on my couch at home, and it felt just like I was on her reiki table at her office. At the end of the session I felt so peaceful, calm, nourished and lighter - just what I was looking for. I am so grateful that virtual sessions are possible! I can't recommend it enough :). read more

Parminder has a gift. I feel so fortunate to have crossed paths with such an amazing healer. Her sessions are out of this world! It's therapy and healing all in one! As a yoga teacher I was familiar with Reiki but after my first session I was completely blown away. Not only did I feel lighter physically and mentally but this feeling of lightness and calm in both spirit and heart seemed to carry on well after our session ended. I honestly never felt so grounded in my entire life...AND I'M A YOGA TEACHER! read more

I wasn't feeling my best and knew I had to do something to get better right away but didn't know what to do or where to start. My nephew gave me Parminder's number and as much as I wanted to call and knew I needed to call I didn't have the strength (mentally). Parminder reached out to me, thankfully. After our first phone appointment I felt alive again for the first time in a long time, I had clarity, joy, and felt calm within. I was in complete shock that one appointment made such a huge difference. Here I am, almost a week later, still feeling the same and still in shock. She is really amazing and I can't wait for the next appointment. I would/do definitely recommend Parminder at Shamanic Soul Center read more

Where do I even start!? Parminder came into my life during an extremely difficult time. I was looking for guidance and energy healing as I was fighting breast cancer at the young age of 27 years old. The moment I spoke with her on the phone I knew she was someone I wanted in my life. After only one deep healing session, she provided to me what no other healer or therapist has been able to do. I felt validated, renewed, and much lighter after receiving her healing. I absolutely recomend her for anyone who is looking for a spiritual healer. I walk out of our sessions happier and renewed ever single time. Not only does she offer healing sessions, but she offers many different amazing ceremonies throughout the year along with a Master Reiki training! I am so thankful this wonderful soul is in my life and I cannot wait to continue healing with her guidance. **Update! I have now completed my advanced reiki certification and will be doing my master training with her in a few months. Parminder has the best reiki training that I have found in San Diego. Not only do we receive the reiki manuals, but she also spaces each level out with three months in between to really give us time to use reiki daily. In her training for each level, which spans several days, Parminder holds a clinic so we can practice on different people. I would highly recommend her reiki training. read more

I went to a really amazing healing event put on by Parminder/Alchemy of Presence. Amazing. I've been hearing about her work for a long time, and went to this event mostly just because I thought it would be fun, not because I anticipated moving any energy or doing any healing. But holy cow. We all moved a ton of energy -- in the room, and in ourselves. At one moment, some really painful memories came up for me, (ones that are so deep and painful that I've never even thought to bother healing them) and without having to dig them out or vocalize them, they began to transmute into feelings of joy and security. It was a really beautiful experience for me, and I'm so grateful for the gifts that Parminder shares with her clients, friends, community, and the world. read more

My sister was going through a very difficult time in her life. Even though my life was good, her pain and anxiety slowly crept up on me. I had this invisible blanket of guilt, sadness, and pain that I couldn't make go away. I went to therapy and it felt good talking to someone, but that weight was still there. I had heard of shamanic healing but never really researched it. I went online and found parminder. After my session I instantly felt better. I felt heat in certain parts of my body. Parminder said it was the energy that was shifting. I felt this feeling for two weeks! That invisible blanket I had over me was gone, just like that. That night I slept the longest I had slept in months. I felt so relaxed and at ease. She truly has a gift of healing. She also recommended a book for me to read. One of the best books I've read. She does recommend to do follow up sessions. I still feel great and it's been two months. Haven't done a follow up, but will definitely in the months to come. read more

Words cannot express my gratitude to Parminder- for all of the times she helped me find the source of a problem in my life, for all of the times she helped me come to my best and truest self, for her help in overcoming obstacles in my life. Parminder is a true healer, spiritual coach, teacher, and a blessing! I always feel safe, loving, and peaceful energies in her presence. She sees through the "masks," and help with any situation you can think of, sometimes bringing forth information you didn't even know you needed. I have been working with her for a year now, initially over the phone and the tools she shared helped me "get out of my own way," and I made the decision to move back to San Diego; and, have been seeing her in person ever since (both are equally effective). So much has changed in my life since working with Parminder, mainly the love and respect that I have for myself, which taught me how to have healthy boundaries, "transform my dragons," and heal trauma, to name some. My relationship with God increased and I feel more connected to the universe and everything in it. I am enjoying the journey and it's much easier to navigate with Parminder's support. Thank you Parminder for what you do, I appreciate you and so grateful that God placed you in my life! read more

I've been working with Parminder for a couple months now and it's been truly amazing and transformational, it's hard to even put into words! I originally went to see her for energy healing - not knowing exactly what it was or how it worked but knowing that I needed something to help me experience less stress, anxiety, better sleep and overall help me regain a sense of self again and confidence. I've experienced so many amazing things since I've begun working with Parminder, it's completely renewed me and allowed me to experience true joy in my life. I feel like the world has opened up to me since I've begun this journey.and feel truly blessed that life led me to her. She's amazingly talented and intuitive with the ability to zero in on your issues upon first meeting. In the span of just a couple months, I can honestly say the issues I was having prior to seeing Parminder have virtually disappeared. I do believe there is "undiscovered" science behind energy work that the general public does not fully understand - it is very real and very powerful. In a recent Reiki session Parminder did with me, she performed reiki in her office in San Diego while I was in my home in Los Angeles. Within 5 minutes, I actually felt a very specific sensation occur that I've only ever felt in certain acupuncture sessions and I immediately recognized it. The only way to describe it is a pleasant whirling feeling and my energy moving throughout my body, slightly out of body sensation. This lasted the entire session and just amazed me, literally validating everything for me! The fact I felt this energy work with her in a different location is proof of how powerful this all is. Overall, this work has been life changing. In just a short amount of time, I've felt such a tremendous impact on my life - more than any other work I've ever done. So grateful for Parminder and her talent, devotion and passion for helping others! read more

Parminder/Alchemy of Presence has become an integral part of each day of my life. I began going about 2 years ago just to see what/if the benefit(s) would be. I continued with both individual healing sessions and group gatherings because the positive impacts on my life were wonderful. I was happier, laughted more, felt a sense of lightness and better appreciated the many blessings which came my way. I am now involved with Reiki healing myself, because of my experience with Parminder / Alchemy of Presence. I had no idea that this blessed and beautiful healing technique would change so much in my life. Thanks to Parminder / Alchemy of Presence, my spiritual path has become more clear and better focused. My attitude is more positive. My days are more filled with graciousness and giving. My overall spirituality is more enriched and continues to grow in ways I had never imagined possible. I have had healing sessions with Parminder several times, and I am always humbled by her healing gift. I don't understand how reiki works, but I suspend judgment and just enjoy the process. I have found that during and in the weeks after each session, I experience huge shifts in my thinking and my emotional state. What I really appreciate about Parminder is her vast range of expertise and wealth of information. No matter what I am dealing with, she has resources and concrete tools for me to use in addition to the healing modalities we experience in her office. She really knows how to listen and is very attuned, better than I am, to my inner state. She also always checks up on me after our sessions, and includes notes and a summary of what we have discussed. I really see Parminder as someone who has found her purpose and is fulfilling it. I really didn't know what to expect going into Alchemy of Presence for the first time. I was a little nervous and a bit skeptical about energy healing in general. But Parminder was warm and welcoming and we talked a bit about my situation and what it was that I hoped could change. During her session, the lump in my chest that had been there for a week disappeared and was replaced by a light happiness that lasted. The pain never returned. I've since seen her two more times and each time I leave full of energy and optimism. I recommend her to everyone I know who is going through a hard time. read more

I truly cannot find adequate words to describe how intensely Parminder has impacted my life. Parminder was recommended by a friend who knew I was looking to clear some negative energy in my life. I went to Parminder for reiki, but had no idea how beyond gifted she is as a spiritual healer. I have been to many therapists over the years. In just 3 visits with Parminder I have been able to uncover and release issues that are no longer serving me, in a way that I never could in all my years of therapy. I feel unbelievably safe and supported with, and by, Parminder. She is incredibly attentive, gentle, caring and nurturing. She always follows up after each visit to share what was discussed/learned in our session, which I so appreciate and believe really demonstrates how much she cares and is absolutely there to support you on your journey. Alchemy of Presence has been a life changing experience for me. I took a risk, and made an appointment to have a Reiki therapy session with Parminder. Parminder is an incredible woman, she has a deep, rich soul, she is filled with joy, and she has truly found a way to share her gift of healing with all of us. Parminder is intuitive and safe. I have been in therapy for a few years for issues of anxiety and could not really pin point the root of my feelings. I have always been guarded and cautious, yet open to a spiritual life and God. Cognitive therapy was helpful, is helpful, but after a year of working with Parminder and her holistic combination of cognitive therapy with energy healing, she and I discovered what I believe is at the core of my anxiety. I knew what Reiki therapy was, but had no idea its impact. I feel blessed beyond my ability to describe with words! I would encourage every single person to experience this form of healing; you will be changed! Parminder and Alchemy of Presence have introduced me to a path of true, conscious healing. For this, I am forever grateful. read more

I love Parminder. I have known her for a few years now more in the capacity of a friend. Recently, I discovered that it felt right to do my first reiki session and I trust Parminder, as she is such a loving, nurturing and grounded person. I just felt the need to go and that it was the right timing. Before we met for our session, she had me fill out a questionnaire that addressed many of the things I am working on in my life, either letting go of or bringing into my life. When we met, we talked about these things and I already felt like the healing had begun. She was wonderful to talk to. Very respectful and loving. I felt really safe talking about very personal things. During the actual session, I felt so calm and peaceful. I knew that I was being so loved by Parminder and God and angels and beings of love and light. I didn't want the session to end. Afterwards, I felt a very definite shift in my consciousness, which has lasted. Parminder gave me some wonderful tools to use in my daily meditation and prayer, and encouraged me to do them every day and I do. They really do make a huge difference in my life. She followed up with an email and notes and has been in touch with me on how I'm doing, which means so much. I feel a huge benefit from my first session and will definitely continue. She is truly a very special person and I highly recommend her services. read more

Sometimes traditional medicine is not what we need. We need someone with wisdom, strength, clarity and a healing power that doesn't come from a pill, a shot or a white coat. We need that intensely gifted person to see who we are and to guide us toward physical - and spiritual - wellness. Parminder/Alchemy of Presence is that - and more. After months of gut problems and incapacitating anxiety, Parminder really listened, then used her gifts to help me heal. Just as important as the physical healing, she helped me understand how to live my life differently, to be open to happiness, to live in love, joy and ease. She's honest; she'll let you know change is painful, but she'll help you see pain differently. No matter your faith, God is in/with Parminder.
