I used to come here pre pandemic and even bought a $380 package for what I remember was for three…read moreor four IV sessions. Then, the pandemic hit, life happened, and I moved. IVs were the last thing on my mind and they were in no rush for me to use the credits as I did not receive any type of reminder call from them. I called a week and a half ago letting them know that I'll be in town and would like a refund for the credit that I have. A receptionist confirmed that I did, indeed, have a credit and that it was for an IV package. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. Debating whether or not a small claims court is worth it, but definitely spreading the word so that customers don't get bamboozled like I did.

It was that bad I saw these baddies on yelp and I called first to see if they would do a house visit - they were booked until 2pm. Then an hour passed and I told myself. Nope you have to do something. I called back and the gal who I spoke to said she could squeeze me in. Luckily I was only 10-15 mins away. As soon as I got there. I had to sign some stuff on an iPad and they got me going with 2 bags of LR. Zofran. TORADOL. Gave me juice. Crackers a vomit bag. The vibe is real. Super cute place. Comfortable reclining couches. I felt 100% better. Better enough to take a flight home and a 1.5 hour drive after that. Literally life savers and they were all so nice and attentive. Highly highly recommend for not just hangover services but for immunity boosters. Recovery. Glow. Slim. Etc. check them out! Prices are reasonable and worth it in my opinion

I have a feeling only a couple people have actual expertise and experience at this company. Everyone else probably goes by some sort of script. Wanted simple feedback on my recent peptide use. The response was to go to my primary care doctor or they could refer me to one for a fee. Not impressed. Seems to be another place where they wanted to cash in on the lastest trend. A legitimate company would probably staff their salespeople who were knowledgeable about their products - not just reply with general scripted responses, but staff that actually knew the ins and outs of their products before just recommending they see their primary care doctor.

I want to start by saying that I had a very positive experience with the staff. They were always…read morekind, welcoming, and helpful, and I truly appreciated the way they treated me. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was different. I came in years ago while dealing with a health issue I had never experienced before. I was understandably very anxious and overwhelmed at the time. I recognize that I was under a great deal of stress, but much of that came from being scared and unfamiliar with what was happening to my health. I was looking for guidance, reassurance, and someone who would listen to what I was experiencing. I was given certain protocols to follow, and I did my best to follow them as instructed. Unfortunately, they did not work for me and actually caused additional issues. What was especially difficult was feeling that my concerns were dismissed because the same approach had worked for other patients. I understand that a treatment may be successful for many people, but every person and every body is different. When something wasn't working for me, I really needed to feel heard and taken seriously. I'm sure the doctor has helped many people and that others may have had very different experiences. I can only speak to my own. For me, the experience left me feeling unheard and invalidated during a time when I was already scared and vulnerable. The appointments were also quite expensive, which added to my disappointment. I hesitated for a long time before writing this because I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially after so many years. However, the experience had a lasting impact on me, and I still carry some of those feelings today. I hope that sharing my experience can serve as a reminder of how important it is for patients to feel heard, especially when they are struggling or when a treatment is not working as expected. I genuinely wish the doctor and the practice well, and I remain very grateful to the staff for the kindness they always showed me.

Been here a few times over the summer to get my mind and body right. I've done acupuncture and…read morecupping. The experience is okay. You get asked a few questions about your energy and what you want to focus on and then for acupuncture, they'll check your energy levels. After inserting the needles in, they leave you to it. No music or meditation or chants. Just you, and the car horns outside. I think that's where I'm a little disappointed. Other places I've been either give you one of the two and check in on you. I was just sorta left for I'm assuming was 30 minutes? There's no clocks so I lost track of time. Next few times I came, I was prepared to do some meditation on my own and really focus on my thoughts, breathing and healing. I have pretty decent insurance and so it only came out to about 20 bucks per session and at that price, it goes from a 3 star review to a 4 star. But without that, I could easily rate this a 3 star place. I'll be coming back for sure though. Every where else seems to have a wait list or they aren't as nice. Everyone is super nice. You wont find anyone not happy to be there.

Upon entry, I was greeted by a really nice lady who was able to answer any questions that I had about the holistic medicine practices here. She gave me a pamphlet about how they do very natural and very safe infusions to help support immune systems in also overall very good health practices. I asked a lot of questions maybe about three or four and she made me feel very comfortable about some of the things that they administer to patient. I also thought it was great that she was patient with me and asked me how I heard about the place, I let her know that I had heard about it with Yelp. I do plan to try it after I check with my physician because I have so many allergies. But the lady did reassure me that they take all of those things into consideration before they treat people. They also have a lot of testimonials on Yelp about their reliability and great results for their patient. Everything is professionally done and they seem to do very well with customer service and care. I highly recommend people coming to ask the questions and to get the information that you need from them because they are open to discussing your health, their approaches, and the therapies that they practice. Overall, this was a great visit and I'm glad that I stopped by.

I could feel contractions and baby moving on the spot. She even prepared my husband to coach me and massage me during labor and delivery which worked miracles on D day. The accupuncture was gentle and effective. At the end of the session, I felt so relaxed, happy, and mentally closer to hold our baby girl. Deb even kept me extra time and made sure I had all the necessary care. We had to cancel our final session as our baby girl came 3 days after the previous one . Deb was always available for us from the first day I called her. I actually wish we went there sooner, closer to my 39 weeks (if you consider going, don't wait. Deb is really gentle and will build up her customized treatment and its intensity gradually to ensure you and baby are both prepared). I am really impressed and plan to come back for our second child. HIGHLY RECOMMEND here on Yelp and to my closest friends.

She was incredibly thoughtful and followed up after my delivery to check-in and see how I was doing. Fast forward to my second baby, I scheduled more regular visits for some other minor complications. Over the course of my visits, she also checked in on other symptoms and helped me feel better with things like congestion and other minor aches. With both babies, I had quick and healthy deliveries! If you're on the fence about trying acupuncture or exploring Eastern medicine, I would strongly recommend Alisa and her practice. She made me feel at ease and well cared for.
