Crysania is such a gifted healer! I had the 90 min deep tissue massage in her beautiful little room. The massage bed was heated, it was so clean, and the music was so calming. I was absolutely depleted when I came in and now two days later , I still feel the effects of that amazing massage!!! She is very efficient and effective in her communication! 10/10!!! read more

Found Crysania on Groupon as my usual massage location had closed so was looking for something in Hillcrest and she did not disappoint! A great massage and easy to find. She was very communicative leading up to the appointment and was on time. She was very professional. I did the therapeutic massage and could not recommend enough! read more

Great experience here. Crysania is relaxed and knowledgeable and gave an awesome massage. I came to her with a Groupon and she took the time to actively find out about my goals for the massage, and what was hurting. I left feeling like she really listening to what I said. She can definitely handle deep-tissue work, which is just what I needed. The massage room itself is in a shared building with other health-based practitioners. I really liked that I could book my appointment online and it sends you an email reminder the day before. I would definitely recommend Crysania to anyone who wants to get a massage by a kind and skilled therapist. I hope to return! read more

I'm not one to spend tons of money on things like massages or getting my nails done, but Crysania massage's are worth every penny. She will customize your experience and is amazing at deep tissue massage to help athletes, people that spend too much time at their computers, and everyone in between to feel oh so much better! That crick in your neck that makes everything from work to sleeping painful- gone in one visit for me. After trying other places from deal sites, I quickly realized that if I want long lasting relief I need Crysania. Also, if you happen to be like me and have had issues in the past with less than clean or professional work, know that you'll have no problem here. (Feel free to check out my other reviews to assure yourself that I take this stuff seriously.) She also has amazing plans and it has been a great decision to sign up. Book on her easy to use website to get a spot and experience her work for yourself! read more

My massage took place yesterday and while I have had many massages in the past this was by far the best yet. Crysania was attentive and showed genuine concern in her client's having a positive experience. Her informative and thorough email contact was appreciated, she provides all the details you many need in preparing you for your massage. The detailed information provided to me prior to my arrival made the experience much more personal and not as informal as some experiences in the past. Most times in the past I walk out of a massage (at prior establishments) feeling like I was cheated in an experience or the polar opposite and I was in pain for several days, this was not the case following the massage I received at Celestial Lotus Healing. I have booked my next appointment and am looking forward to it! Thank You Crysania. read more

My friend recommended Crysania and I can't thank her enough. My job is physically and emotionally demanding so needless to say I've got issues. I'm talking about knots on top of knots...and my battered chi needed major realignment. She made me feel 10 years and 50 lbs lighter. The pressure was perfect and I was able to take a deep deep breathe for the first time in weeks. Ok now. You will thank me tooo.. read more

I've had at least a hundred massages with scores of therapists--I consider myself somewhat of a massage connoisseur. There are 17 existing reviews for Crysania. All are 5-star and all are from women. Let me assure the guys that a 5-star massage awaits you as well. First, let me get the only negative out of the way. There is no waiting area. She has a room off a public hallway. A few times during the massage there was talking in the hallway. Nothing disruptive, but mildly distracting. Don't arrive more than a few minutes early. Once inside the room is well appointed. A heated massage table, soft lighting, soothing music, plenty of room for Crysania to work her magic. I like to leave it up to the therapist. I don't give much instruction. I told Crysania that I like lots of pressure, but that it's the overall flow of the massage that counts. I told her I'm there for the art, to experience her craft. I was not dissappointed. She had me start on my back. This was new to me, but I'm always up for new. Where most massages end with the head and face, Crysania started there. In fact, the entire sequence was pretty much the reverse of the massages I'm accustomed to. It was a nice change of pace. She used a variety of strokes and techniques. Honestly, I got so lost in the massage that I couldn't give a blow-by-blow description. She has fantastic intuition and is very tuned to how your body is responding. The energy exchange, the pacing of the massage, the focus and pressure were all phenomenal. She can start a stroke with the softest, lightest touch at your foot and smoothly work her way up your leg increasing pressure, shifting technique, and running energy up your leg. She works her way around your body with magic like this and it's sublime. I've had a lot of massages with a lot of therapists. Crysania is easily in the top percentile--the top 10%. I've only had the single massage with her, so far. I expect with additional massages she may move even higher in the ranking. I enthusiastically recommend Crysania without reservation. read more

Had a great series of massages from Crysania at Celestial Lotus Healing. I hope to come back for more.

Crysania's touch was amazing. One of the best massages I've ever had. I enjoy deep tissue to ease the knots I get however it is often painful and brings me to tears during the session. However Crysania's technique accomplished the same results with out the pain. I also really appreciate the time she took to show me excersices I can do in between appointments to release my muscle tension on my own. I'll be back! read more

Crysania is amazing and she works magic with her hands. I always leave feeling completely relaxed. She takes time to listen to your concerns and get an understanding of what you want from your session. I tried Reiki for the first time with her and it is such a unique experience. I generally go for a fusion of Swedish and Reiki. She has massage packages which make it really affordable. Booking is easy with the online system. read more

Book your massage now with Crysania! Crysania is gifted and professional. I booked my appointment easily online. I received a confirmation by email with specific helpful directions for arrival. I arrived about 10 minutes early since it was my first appointment with her. I filled out her form, and then she asked me some questions about my goals and desires so that she could customize an experience for me. She was friendly and welcoming. The room was calming, comfortable, and clean. I received a deep tissue massage, with Reiki energy incorporated at the beginning and end of the service. She really worked my areas of need with skill. I was extremely relaxed. Her energy and talents made this one of the best massages I have ever had. I left feeling relaxed, uplifted, and as if I was in a new body! Fabulous Massage! I bought a Groupon for a massage at Celestial Lotus Healing. I'm 9.5 months pregnant and I was happy to see that Crysania does prenatal massages. I ended up being 10 minutes late due to construction on University Ave. and a little trouble finding the place. At most practices, if you are late, you still end at your scheduled time. Crysania was so kind- her lunch break was after my massage, so she still honored my entire hour- regardless of my tardiness. Thank you! She is very calming, knowledgeable about the pregnant body, and soothing. Thank you Crysania, I look forward to my next visit! Oh, make sure that you read her emails/reminders- you can park in the back of the building, which will save you quarters at the meters or a little bit of a walk. read more

Crysania is amazing. I get massages often for severe neck pain, and so I've been to several places throughout San Diego. She is hands down one of the best in the city. She is so good, I feel like there are two people working on me. read more

Crysania is the best! booking appointments are easy to make and she'll send you a confirmation by email.

Just had my massage with Crysania on Tuesday. I called her on Sunday and she was pleasant over the phone, as always, and was able to see me just 2 days later. Her studio is peaceful and comfortable. She is extremely thorough in her consultation, taking into account my needs and also letting me know other options that might help. I've had 2 massages and a reiki session with her and I'm so glad I did! Even during her massages I can feel her reiki ness working! Lol she has techniques that make her stand apart from others so I drive 38 miles to go see her! I'm buying a gift certificate for my boyfriend who lifts weights and does body building. Her hands are gentle enough to work on me and strong enough that I know she'll work out his muscles. Out of the two issues I've gone to her with, one she was able to correct right away! I was surprised. And the other she worked on for an hour and after she asked how I felt, I told her "I can finally breathe deeply again." She is honest and helpful, such a pleasure to work with!! Thank you Crysania. read more

Crysania is amazing! She is very strong and uses great pressure. I have had so many massages that feel like someone is so light they are rubbing lotion around when I ask for more pressure it is impossible for them. I have never had to say more pressure with her. She is a healer I must say, I was in a ton of pain my first visit and after leaving I wasn't in any. I am back to normal and that feels unreal. Thank you!! I will be back! read more

This was an awesome massage! She took the time to talk with me, and after recently being in a car accident, I definitely had a few things that needed working out. She took her time, and definitely has great handiwork (literally!) Fantastic, I would definitely return, and got some much-needed work done! read more

Oh my gosh she was the best. I have had a lot of prenatal massages and its like they don't want to touch you because you're pregnant. But NOT here! She really got to my muscles and I could feel the muscles releasing the tension. I highly recommend her. I never make repeat appointments because I have never been very impressed but I will be a regular with her from now on! :) read more

Crysania was fantastic! I am a triathlete & have constant stress on my IT bands, Quads, & Hamstrings. She takes the right approach in enough pressure to sort out the knots, but also is relaxing and healing. I had had many massages in my life, and she is by far the best! read more

Crysania is absolutely the most talented and amazing massage therapist I have ever visited! I have pretty ingrained neck and shoulder pain from too much computer work, and her combination of deep tissue massage and reiki energy work has accomplished phenomenal results. She finds knots that I haven't even been aware of, and gets them to release. She creates an overall neuromuscular balance that is healing -- my condition is improving with each visit I live in northern California, and happened to discover Crysania when visiting a friend in San Diego. We have both become regular clients of Crysania, and I visit my friend more frequently because of her. read more

Great massage. Crysania worked on my tight spots (stressed). Deep massage which I like. Wish I'd done 90minutes!!!

Whatever you do, book a massage with Crysania now and get ready for an amazing treatment! Crysania is absolutely the best massage therapist that I have ever been to, and I keep coming back because of exactly that! I have had MANY massages of all sorts in my day, but nothing compares to how I feel when I am done with my massage here! Her studio is cute, comfortable, and peaceful. She is truly focused on how you are feeling before, during, and after the massage. She is a professional who is both friendly and extremely gifted at what she does. Don't debate - go and you will be more relaxed than you knew was possible! Can't wait to see her again! read more

Great experience every time! Crysania has a great gift. Very talented and knowledgeable.

I have chronic posterior shoulder pain. Been to see Crysania twice and each time I left feeling relaxed and pain free. She adjusts pressure and is obviously an expert in her field. Referred a co worker who is as happy as I am that we found her!! Highly recommend her. read more

Absolutely one of my best massages ever! Everything was perfect. Great techniques and focus. I get massages often and at times like to try different Masseuses. I always look forward to a quiet relaxing experience where I feel that for one hour the focus is really on me. Unfortunately at times I have had the misfortune of encountering a Masseuse that wanted to "chat" during "my time". This was not the case with Crysania. It was all about me and "how can I help" time. I am looking forward to our next appointment. read more

I have worked with Chysania extensively. I came to her seeking relief from neuromuscular pain. After my first appointment I noticed a huge imporovement in the feeling in my leg as well as reduced pain. I continued working with her and we were eventually able to make my leg feel normal again. I cannot thank her enough. She was very attentive and responsive throught our sessions. I also appreciate that she was good at keeping a conversation going, or keep it quiet depending on my mood. I've been getting massages for almost 15 years now and Crysania is one of the best therapists I've ever had. I only get deep tissues and I love that although very deep pressure is used, the massage is still very relaxing and puts me to sleep almost every time. I've been seeing her for almost a year now and I love that every massage is customized to my exact needs. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good massage therapist in San Diego! read more
