If I could leave -5 stars, I would. This is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had at…read morethis location. I gave this place a second chance after a bad experience with one of the employees, and today it was even worse. The woman helping me today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. She spoke with attitude, was irritated when I asked to see an item, and refused to provide her name when I asked. Instead of helping me or recommending products, she rushed me and kept saying they didn't have anything for $15, even though I came prepared to spend over $150 because I just renewed my card. The service was loud, careless, and rude. If management reads this: your staff needs serious training. This location keeps losing customers because of the way your employees talk down to people. I won't be returning after this.

I called the number FROM THEIR WEBSITE to follow up on some renewal issues. Not only was the customer service rep as rude as can be, after some back and forth, she told me that they were not Cannabis Care Clinic and that I called the wrong place. I checked their website and the number that I called, and of course they matched. Take my advice and find another place to get your prescription. There are many lower priced Cannabis doctors, and I intend to use one of them. Skip Cannabis Care Clinic, you'll be glad you did.

Their Voicemail makes no mention of their closed status and no one picks up. When I showed up, all I saw on the door was a paper sign that said "Closed until April 6th" it is April 21st today. All in all, an absolute disaster and Im out of my money until I can get ahold of anyone at this business.

Leaving my dinner party and returning the high THC product I had to find out I was deceived since there was no high CBD syringe 1:1 available. Upon complaining I was gaslit and literally verbally attact by two young male and one feisty female. I've never been treated so badly at a dispensary and I go to many, certainly not any longer to this one. I'm still shaken by such poor non existent customer service. I also feel I was overcharged for two other products I purchased there last night. Not a good place.
