The store is clean, well-organized, and I really liked that most of the product boxes are on display -- it makes for a hands-on experience and invites you to ask questions. Michael helped me during my visit and was both attentive and impressively knowledgeable, not just about the products but about the industry overall. I took advantage of the first-time discount (and stocked up!), but I have to say the second-time discount is pretty tempting too. All in all, a great first experience. I'll definitely be back. Well done, MÜV!
