The store is clean, well-organized, and I really liked that most of the product boxes are on display -- it makes for a hands-on experience and invites you to ask questions. Michael helped me during my visit and was both attentive and impressively knowledgeable, not just about the products but about the industry overall. Apparently the doctor, Dr. Raymond, is not available. He is the only doctor they have working for this shit company and just takes off for vacations for long periods of time, so according to Kayla he won't be back to help patients renew their cards indefinitely. He is also one of the most apathetic coldest doctors I have ever dealt with and is unwilling to answer any questions or provide any information. I have been without my medical card for weeks. Fortunately I am switching doctors to Marijuana Doctor on Cypress Gardens where I actually received help from someone who has compassion and doesn't treat their patients like garbage. Heed my warning fellow medical marijuana users, don't be fooled by their website or phony reviews, these people are the worst and should be shut down for good!
