He said he would, but based on his attitude and the way things were handled, it's obvious he didn't actually do it--because if he had, he'd clearly see exactly what transpired. Instead of verifying the truth, he just slapped a note on my account saying they will "check my flower before leaving" next time. What a lazy, dismissive excuse for customer service. This whole situation felt super sketchy and completely uncomfortable--especially after a long day of work. I shouldn't have to wait in line a second time to fix your mistake only to be treated like I'm trying to scam you. That's insulting.
