Then they re-interview you for another 5 minutes. Then they leave the room for you to undress and don't come back for another 5-7 minutes. Then they tell you 5 minutes before that they're done and leave to get you a water. The worst part is you tell them you want to leave a 15% or 20% tip and they charge you the tip on the non-member price of the massage!!! What? Seriously? For a 40 minute massage? Ugh. Shysters at Newburyport location!!

I don't think the sheets were changed from previous customer before me she seemed in a rush. My underwear was moved to the side between my butt crack! I felt so uncomfortable and violated. Is that normal I don't think so. I have under garments on for a reason then to leave me exposed, not ok. Nobody experience this but me? Interesting. Or they are ok with it maybe they like being violated. Not sure I will visit an Asian spa again.
