I have been blessed to receive massage treatments from Monique for the last year. I have been putting off leaving a review because she is already booked up often and it is so difficult to find a massage therapist who works with such attention to detail and intuitive care as she does. She manages time well, creating a well-rounded experience that accounts for the specific needs I've requested. Her attention is directed with tangible positive energy. I always leave feeling refreshed and rested! I usually go for massage but I also highly recommend checking out the other treatments at this spa.

I get a lot of Groupons particularly for salons because I love to be pampered, and let me state that ALL salons BUT M.Lekkakos have been accomidating; even if they have to book out three months after the expiration date. This salon was not. Maria, you and your front end secretary have no people skills and your inability to negotiate makes you horrible business people. 3. There is a reason businesses use Groupon. Its to drum up business. Its obvious why you need it. I'm sure you will keep using Groupon as a way to get people in your doors at least once. 4. I did contact Groupon, as did MANY others and yes, because THEY are a good business, you should follow their model, I received a full refund. 5. Katie is a phenomenal masseuse! But.... Because we were both having our treatments with Katie, we each had to sit and wait for an hour. Would have been fine if we were offered a drink or at least smiled at. The waiting area leaves much to be desired. Right by the door makes it FREEZING while you wait (if you go in the winter). Music is way too loud and not at all spa-ish. And employees bitching about having to work on a Saturday, having clients cancel, and taking 15 smoke breaks in the hour that I was sitting and waiting was (a) not impressive, (b) really smelly, and (c) really unprofessional. Overall, a so-so experience, but the reason for going was the spa treatment and it was amazing, so 4 stars.
