Sharon at Zen Lounge is an easy 10/10. If you've been searching for a masseuse in southern NH, look…read moreno further. I first visited Sharon several months ago in attempt to get some relief from the tight back and shoulders accompanying an on-going repeated strain injury from computer use. I had tried other masseuses in the area but wasn't pleased with their services. I found that many massage therapists don't give the pressure I'm after, and I'd leave my massage feeling totally unsatisfied. This is decidedly not the case with Sharon. She's very knowledgeable about anatomy and knows when and where and how to apply pressure. I can feel the knots loosening and breaking up as she kneads my back with her hands, arms, and elbows. What else can you ask for??! Additionally, the space is inviting, clean, and comfortable and parking super easy. I couldn't recommend Zen Lounge enough. Sharon has magic hands no doubt!

Best massage I've ever had I couldn't believe she only charge $60 for an hour. I'm not particularly into all the fancy frills of many chain or large salons. What I care about is strictly the massage , I carry HEAVY knots on shoulders back and neck very painful ones, where I carry stress. Usually when I say firm or hard it's never enough to rid my body of all the knots. She understood and felt those knots and paid special attention to those areas really doing what needed to be done. Even stretching my necks arms legs and feet out(which I needed). The stretch I had after the massage was amazing I was able to bend all the way down without pain and actually turn my head normal. I will be back

Wow just wow! My back and shoulders have been so so stiff…read moreso I decided to treat myself to a massage. They got me in very quickly and I did the 1 hour massage for $73 which I don't think is that expensive! *However side note: for deep tissue massage they do require 20% tip, I didn't have a problem with it but I think it should be known on the website just in case someone doesn't have the funds. My massage lady went to WORK on my back: and I did get a deep tissue massage so I knew what I was getting myself into. She found ALL the knots I had and broke them down while still asking me if I'm okay. She was super professional and was constantly working on my body. As she massaged she knew where I needed more work done. I loved the hot stone part, probably my favorite part! I left this place so relaxed but also so sore because she really did her job. I will definitely be coming back.
