What I care about is strictly the massage , I carry HEAVY knots on shoulders back and neck very painful ones, where I carry stress. Usually when I say firm or hard it's never enough to rid my body of all the knots. She understood and felt those knots and paid special attention to those areas really doing what needed to be done. Even stretching my necks arms legs and feet out(which I needed). The stretch I had after the massage was amazing I was able to bend all the way down without pain and actually turn my head normal.
