I brought a small suv here for a detail. I just bought the vehicle and just wanted it thoroughly…read morecleaned. I ended up going with their most expensive package #3. The vehicle wasn't that dirty it only had 23k on it but I like the paint to it's best. Needless to say but they had a petty good base to start with. I dropped it off the night before and was called the next morning around 9:30 to say my vehicle was done. I'm like did you start on it yesterday seems awful fast to do all that. He replies back yeah we start at 5am. So I pick the vehicle up after work it looks good so I pay the $230 and pull the vehicle out into the sun to have another look. They missed some surface scratches so I pull it back in and they take care of them. I find it hard to believe the scratches didn't come out if they did all three sets of polishing as listed in description but also could be due to the inadequate lighting in the place. So I get home and upon further inspection I notice they didn't even clean rocker panels and most definitely didn't polish them. They are a painted panel which I would think would be included in a full detail. Then I notice they didn't polish the roof the paint is rough and some of the adhesive is still on paint from the wrap the previous owner had on it. They didn't even clean the tires they left all the grime on there and just covered it with more tire shine. They also left wax everywhere see before and after photo of weather stripping. If I can clean it why can't they? I then contact the owner and he dismisses all of it. I ask for a partial refund and he says no they cleaned it to best of their ability. Do yourself a favor and find another shop they didn't do everything I paid for and took advantage of me.

He is, as his company's name implies, a perfectionist! My second visit was to have the front driver and passenger side windows tinted - no surprises, just another excellent job. My new vehicle was supposed to come with a strip of PPF on the rear bumper sill - it did not. THe dealer order the film and "attempted" to install it. THe results - nothing less than a disaster with bubbles, wrinkles, and finger smudges!!! I asked the dealer to order another strip which I took to Mohammad to install. Since it was a product he was not immediately familiar with he took his time to carefully inspect the application process. He proceeded to apply the film and the result...yes, P E R F E C T. The application is so smooth, with no seams or gaps on the window edges. It's made a huge difference on the temperature in my car. On top of that, the brothers were so friendly and they even have a pool table in the lobby to help pass the time. (They may even join you in a game!) Overall, I had a fantastic experience and great service. When I'm ready to get detailing, I will DEFINITELY come back to them. It was worth the drive to Skokie from Chicago!
