Sean and Mere (Mary) are great bartenders! I am shocked at the low review score because I've been here twice this week and everything has been great. The views and vibe are amazing as well as the service. If you like rooftop bars, I highly recommend Rooftop at Revere.

I went here for cocktails last week and the it is a beautiful rooftop experience with a stunning view. We made a reservation the day before and when we got there, there were still many empty tables for a Saturday night with good weather. I loved their exclusive Barbie menu (we went on premier weekend) and ordered our pink drinks off of that. There was a live DJ playing good music but wait staff was a bit absent/aloof.

A child in a green shirt and blue shorts stands on a rooftop terrace with outdoor furniture, looking out over a marina with boats and a city skyline with tall buildings. The sky is clear with a few clouds, and the scene suggests a scenic view from a rooftop bar or restaurant in an urban waterfront area.

The vibes at Rooftop at Revere are amazing! It's completely outdoors, plenty of tables and a bar area. The day my boyfriend and I went, it was a bit gloomy, but we still had great views of the city. We ordered two lobster rolls and the tuna tartare. The food was delicious! It's slightly overpriced, but since it's in a hotel + has good views, I expected the price to be a bit above average. It was a bit understaffed but the servers worked so hard and really hustled haha. I recommend rooftop revere and will be back! Overall rating: 8/10

The worst bar ever. Service is nonexistent, you must catch servers as they past by and hope you get a drink. The host has no control and can't even get the staff response to issues. STAY AWAY!!!!

This was a fun trip out even in covid quarantine. The tables were more than 6 feet apart and it was not that cold yet even at night. The drink options were maaaany, very much limited food menu. We had the churros, chips and guacamole, charcuterie & cheese, and hummus. The cheese was very good, two types of cheese one sharper and one only slightly sharp and decently nutty. The drinks were all very good! The sangria was nice, tasted a bit strong but still very good. The secret garden was delicious, very citrusy and yummy. My friends got the sparrow and it was quite strong in tequila flavor, but they still seemed to like it. I wish there was a few more food options and a little more variety in the cheese, only 2 types for 18$? I would maybe come back here if it was warm out and summer.

The image shows a blue outdoor table set with a pizza topped with various ingredients, a plate of guacamole with tortilla chips, and several drinks garnished with lemon slices. There are also empty plates, napkins, and utensils visible on the table, indicating a casual dining scene.

I stopped by here for drinks with a group of friends. The view was beautiful and the drinks were good. The only reason for the 3 is the quality of the food. We ordered chips and guac and flat bread. It wasn't horrible but it just tasted like food you can get at the groceries. The $$ is not worth.

Ok Drinks, Kind Of High Priced, Good Views From The Edge. So this bar/lounge area is located on the rooftop of the Revere Hotel in Boston. It is a great location and has some good views of the city from up there. The drinks were pretty high priced and the sangria was ok, but has a frat party feel to the tiny ice filled plastic cup... Ice and wine do not mix in my world... They have a somewhat limited bar with only Angry Orchard Rose cider, and the Rose is the worst product from Angry Orchard... Service wasn't bad. They never came to see if we wanted more drinks, maybe you are supposed to go to the bar each time? The word may never know... It's a cool area otherwise for a meeting or small get together. I really want to 3.5 star it, but cannot rough up to 4.

Lobster salad - A woman with long dark hair and a patterned blouse is seated at a table in an outdoor dining area during nighttime. On the table, there is a plate with bread, salad, and a boiled egg, along with a yellow drink garnished with a lime wedge. In the background, other patrons and staff are visible, with string lights and a large potted tree enhancing the setting.

    Yes

    What's the attire expectations?

It really depends on the time of day. During the morning and mid afternoon people walk around in their summer attires and even in their bikinis. Once the sun sets you can expect to see people a bit more dressed up; but nothing too fancy.

We also spent an hour at the King Tut exhibit across the street! This restaurant/bar always seems packed. And, with reservations for 645pm (highly recommend) the bar was quite busy. The buzz from this high-end cocktail bar is exactly what you want on a Friday evening; From girlfriends sipping their wine to couples laughing and swirling their cocktails, Moon Bar is for the classy and sexy. Abby our server is excellent! A mixologist who knows all the cocktails and can recommend based on your preference. I tried one of their new cocktails with bourbon and did not care for it. Abby made me my mezcal drink that I have ordered before...its the 305 cowboy, an extremely popular drink. A must try for sure! Note: Some bartenders make you feel guilty for saying something about a drink you ordered and did not like. But, here at Moon Bar, Abby was so gracious to make me something that I will enjoy. Hats off to her:) Food: Since it was restaurant week we just shared everything. For starters we ordered the Tuna Tartare that was excellent. Then, we had Piri-Piri Chicken Thighs that were also good but quite spicy. For dessert, we shared the Caribbean Tiramisu, which was great. It was a tough choice between this and the Guava Cheesecake. We were so full that we ended up bringing home leftovers. Oh, I also forgot to mention we always order their Curry Fries - a must try when coming here Trust Me. My husband doesn't love curry but he loves these fries and you will too. #friesaretodiefor Moon Bar, thanks for being amazing in every way. In advance, I stopped into the hotel to confirm that a gluten-free guest could be accommodated and was assured this would be handled. In reality, the accommodation was inadequate and, at times, unacceptable. While the rest of us were served scones, my stepdaughter was given cut fruit in their place, and told that was all they had to accommodate. The dessert course consisted of what appeared to be basic gluten-free cookies, misrepresented as something more gourmet - egg nog cookies??? This lack of preparation was both disappointing, upsetting and avoidable. The broader experience was equally concerning. We were subjected to an unsolicited and uncomfortable "lesson" on tea service, which detracted from what should have been a relaxed and celebratory occasion. While trying to enjoy the time with the girls, being a lifelong tea drinker and someone who has been to many times at your establishment and its various incarnations, this is something I have never experienced. The food quality was poor (scones were clearly reheated and stuck to the cloth napkin they were wrapped in), and there were notable service lapses, including being served water in a visibly shattered glass. Additionally, when hot water was added to refresh the tea, my stepdaughter's pot curdled and had to be replaced. It was especially disappointing, as I mentioned that I had stopped in and spoken with the concierge, and was assured, as they had called the kitchen while I stood there that they readily accommodated gluten-free. There are numerous places in the city that could have done this, and if you had just told me that you could not do so, I would have booked us elsewhere. I chose not to raise the multiple issues in the moment so as not to disrupt what was meant to be a special day for the girls and me. However, the total cost exceeded $500, and the experience did not come close to justifying that price point! Do not recommend.
