If you have roof issues, PLEASE call Sage Roofing…read more. Our roof story: In February of this year due to all the rain, we ended up with a large leak in our roof.. Being new homeowners, we were thinking we had to have a new roof put on our house... I am grateful we called Sage Roofing. Tony came out and did a roof inspection and let us know that the roof only required maintenance to correct the leak. He was patient with all of our questions and provided a bit of much needed education on how to maintain our flat roof. Tony came out and performed the roof maintenance himself as his crew was on another job. Fast forward 7 months, with the bad weather our skylights started leaking. Not knowing if skylights are a roofing issue, I called Sage Roofing and Tony came out quickly to inspect the skylights. Unfortunately, they have to be replaced.. I am grateful that Sage Roofing can replace skylights because I am confident they will be replaced correctly... Thank you Tony for all of your help...

I spoke with a certain Tom who promised he would send his supervisor for the estimate within a couple of days but will confirm a more exact date after speaking to said supervisor. I did not hear back from him at the end of the day. The next morning on 07/17, I called to follow up and a guy again by the name of Tom answered it. He was kind of irate and asked me "who are you?" I told him we spoke yesterday regarding a repair estimate. His response was "How could I have spoken to you? In the first place, I am in Germany? What is the name of my company?" I could sense that he was thinking I was just making a story of that phone call. The reception from the start of the call and the way the conversation was proceeding was very un-friendly to the point of being rude. What could have been said in a more professional fashion was done so crudely. So I said, "Oh forget it, I am no longer interested to seek your help". He responded: "Me either and do not call again" He could be having a bad day but what a way to bring it in front of a potential customer. If you need a roof repair, I'm sure there are other outfits who can be professional enough and grateful for any new business to be knocking on their door. He identified the leak as need ih ng to replace the valley where two slopes of my gable roof came together. He removed and installed a new dead valley and the shingles 3 feet up on both sides, 950.00 dollars. So many roofers will recommend a full roof change, even when it's not needed. Tom is polite, very informative, and will take care of the problem without over diagnosing the problem.
