They work very efficiently, quickly and do high quality work. The weather impacted a lot of their time but they communicated well and informed me when they'd be able to continue the project. They cleaned up the area nicely before leaving and always asked before leaving items behind. They even got an electrician involved when needed to ensure the best quality. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof/roof repair. 8 year warranties and yearly checks? We bought our house in 1998 and have had trouble with leaks almost from the get-go. We had it reroofed with foam through a local Santa Fe roofer in 2003, and it began leaking about three years later. It turns out the acrylic paint they used on their foam was not that great. I've been painting it myself with silicone roof paint, but the leaks finally caught up to my efforts this past winter. We chose 99 Restoration because of their good reputation, and they did not disappoint. Tyler was helpful and responsive to questions. They waited for the right weather to do the best job possible. The polyurea lining on top of the new foam roof seems super-durable, and I feel I can sleep peacefully while I'm listening to the rain fall on our roof. Tyler and Ali did a great job, and I'm confident about the results. I highly recommend them.
