After years of dealing with leaks in two specific areas in our house, we reached out to CAS Enterprises. Bill Younts came out and went over the options and his recommendations for our roof. Bill was great to work with! He took the time to go over everything with us, and was available to answer questions that came up throughout the decision making process.
When the project began, Lucas became our point of contact. Lucas is very knowledgeable and he was proactive in addressing potential problem areas, as well as providing the solutions. Augustine and Juan F. also worked on the project and they were nothing but professional and paid close attention to detail.
There were a couple of unforeseen issues that came up throughout the project, and I have one word to describe the way Lucas handled the situation. Integrity. Lucas made sure to do what was right for us as the customer. He didn't place blame or argue about the cost or try to nickel and dime us, as some business may have. Even though Lucas and his crew weren't responsible for the problem, Lucas looked at the situation from the perspective of "How can I make this right for this customer?" Lucas went above and beyond and he made sure to do what was right, not necessarily what was easy. I was blown away at the level of professionalism, respect, honesty and outstanding service we were given.
I am so thankful we chose CAS Enterprises, a family owned business that takes pride in their reputation!! It's not often that you see a business with these values... a business that really takes care of the customer. I can't say enough about Lucas and how he saw the project through from start to finish.
