One thing I liked the most about this whole experience was the value as well as how upfront Eric is and how well the owner of this company messes with his employees by getting in there and working with them giving them direction. The employees made every effort to make sure the area is clean going over it multiple times. They had one person dedicated to just cleaning up, which is amazing so the area was always clean. Highly recommend these guys.

Yarkey roofing is the best roofing company in Tidewater. We had our roof done 4-5 years ago and…read morethey just responded to some details we have recently discovered. One was an issue noted by a pest control estimator (which turned out to likely be nothing). Yarkey came out, inspected, explained the reasoning and added metal flashing to ensure it was not a problem. Additionally, our gutter guard is from the 80's and there were problems with nails falling behind it. Eventually the nails showed up hanging between the facia and the gutter. Yarkey removed all the hanging nails before they left. We love the job they originally did on our roof, but can't say enough about them backing up their work down the road. Yarkey is a quality company and has ended up being a cost effective value for us.

Misleading Service Area Information…read more Their website claims they service Williamsburg, but this is not entirely accurate. After finding them online and seeing my city listed, I called to schedule an estimate. I was then told that because I live more than 30 miles from their location, I am outside of their service area, even though I live in Williamsburg. The website should be specific and state that they only service parts of Williamsburg or mention their mileage limit. This was a complete waste of my time. I recommend they update their website to be more transparent with potential customers.

We are beyond pleased with our new roof and the service that we received from Guardian Roofing…read moreService. Among the many companies that we called for an estimate, Chris Isaacson was the only person who actually got up on our roof to inspect damage. He was also able to do a repair on the spot, which was important because a big storm was forecasted. We chose to go with his company because his price was competitive and the details that he supplied in his estimate were comprehensive. He was very responsive in helping us pick out shingles, quickly providing addresses of actual roofs we could see. Work was completed in a day and cleanup was thorough. Most important, I have no doubt that should I have any problems with my roof in the future (and I doubt I will), I know that Chris will be responsive. I am confident that this company is built on excellence and integrity and would not hesitate to use them for any services in the future.

He took pictures and informed me that a large tree limb had fallen and penetrated the roof causing the damage. After consulting with me, he removed the tree branch on the spot and covered the hole. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

On the scheduled day his crew arrived and was very professional. They were courteous, wore masks and were very efficient. As they were working the foreman discovered an unforeseen issue. We were not at home at the time so he called us to let us know about it before proceeding. They quickly finished replacing the roof and cleaned the entire area well, including sweeping it with a magnet to check for nails. A few hours after they left the foreman returned and made a second sweep for nails. We were very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Pyramid Roofing.

Caleb and his team were efficient in coming out, assessing the problem and solving it within a week and a half when I spent a year and a half with these other contractors desperately trying to get them to do the work. In 2021 we were renting a home where the landlords used Top Stream for services. But, since then we have bought a home. We had Top Stream come out for 2 estimates. One being gutter cleaning, and power washing. The second is new windows for our house. In early March 2025 we had our gutters cleaned and the house power washed. They did an amazing job. They went above and beyond with their work. They pressure washed a section of our porch where there was a grease stain.not something that was on the list of things to do, so it was greatly appreciated. We really, really appreciated that. I could see a real positive difference in the exterior of our house. Pricing for the power washing and gutter cleaning was comparable to others. We also like to support local businesses. The gutter cleaning resulted in the large amount of rain we had to properly come out of the gutters. We really needed a gutter cleaning. They did an amazing job with that as well. Windows: The process of the window purchasing went pretty good. The estimate was below a lot of the big well known large companies. Again, we wanted to support local business. The measurement process was quick. It took about 3-4 weeks for the windows to come in and another week or two before the process was complete. The installation took 3 days. They did well. The three men here were great! We enjoyed their personalities, hard work, and attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the whole process. It was one of the best decisions we made for our house. Their communication was great during the whole process and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Top Stream has always been great with communication. Caleb and his staff have always been professional, polite and helpful. I highly recommend them. Our next project will be a new door, as they offer that service. My husband had said he will absolutely be using Top Stream for future projects. NOTE: They offer a military discount which is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
