The non-profit organization I work for used Roof management to replace our roof less than 5 years ago. The roof is leaking i called to have them come out and look at our roof. Andrew arrived without letting me know he was coming and unfortunately the only access to the roof was in a room where a recovery group was meeting. I asked him to please come back a little later he never showed. I called back later in the week to apologize for the situation. he told me i wasted his time coming out there and he would not be coming again. I called more than 8 times to apologize and request that he come out. he has ignored my calls. The roof is less than 5 years old, it is their responsibility to repair it, or at least look at it. Mistakes happen, this is no way to do business. Seems as if the previous reviewer had the same issue. I do not recommend this company at all. I feel bad for Ellen in the office who has to relay these messages, she was very nice and understanding but not much she could do. read more
