When called to complain passed the buck and continued to tell me it wasn't their fault. Never once apologized for this or offered any discount on order placed or future order. The man I spoke with was rude and talked over me the entire time. When uniforms were ordered, the team was never told about a back order. Now another team has received their full uniform and ours has not. I get told I can call another company and complain. I think not. It's your supplier...you handle it. I dealt with you not them. My son is disappointed that he won't have a uniform until probably half the basketball season is over. I'm disappointed that there are still companies out there that have no regard for customer service and take no ownership of problems.

I told them the item (a 100% Egyptian Cotton hand towel from JCPenney) was paid for using a $10.00 gift card and $3.34 in cash. After much back and forth, I told them I just wanted my money back. I spoke with the "Owner" and she would only reimburse me $3.34 for the towel and 75% of the price I paid for the embroidery. So, I am out a $10.00 gift card from JCPenney and $2.50 in embroidery. My advice is to go to the Crafty Shack in Harrison City rather than Log Cabin Embroidery as the latter only cares about bulk order customers at this point in time.

I sent several screen printing companies in the area a request for a quote of approximately what I needed. KSW not only got back to me the fastest, but they also gave me the most information, most professional quote, and were the most polite plus they had a great price. I was a big pain in the butt asking for 6 different quotes changing amounts and types and styles. Garrett was fantastic keeping all my information in order and trying his best to find me exactly what I wanted. After putzing around getting my boss to finalize a decision I signed my quote and off it went. 3 or 4 days later I realized that I had made a mistake and needed something different than the quote said and I called them about it. They were very understanding and were able to fix my order and still get it to me on time. The work is fantastic, I will always be getting my screen printing and embroidery with KSW. I have ordered again from them and plan to do so in the future.
