I replied and said most of the shirts were great; but one was too tight and another's colors weren't quite right. I wanted some nostalgic t-shirts and I got them. The shopping, ordering and receiving experience was great. Normal. The quality of the t-shirt material varies which is a bummer. I would prefer more quantity. I don't mind so much that there are different suppliers (it's to be expected in order to offer a range of colors and sizes), but I very much mind quality. One of my favorite t-shirt is Next Level and specifically their tri-blend. If I were to rate my 80stees material against Next Level (let's say NL is 10/10) then the 80s Tees material is 6 or 7 out of 10. Not terrible. Not great. The printing is lacking a bit. A few of my 80s Tees were printed significantly off-center (sad), and two shirts, after their second wash, started to peel and get sticky (were the screen printing was). If the actual t-shirt quality could be improved I would never stop buying tees from here. read more

One shirt took a month to not arrive. A few days shy of an entire month, and nothing was delivered. Customer service was no help. Don't waste your time. If I was anybody that works for this company at any capacity, I'd reevaluate my life choices and ask myself why I'm selling shirts for a living and can't even execute that properly. And at any point if somebody reads this and has the same frustration, I'll sell you a shirt. I just received my first T-shirts from this company. While the designs themselves are really cool, the T-shirts that they put them on are very cheap and poorly made. My sleeves were too long (almost down to my elbow). They were also itchy and not comfortable at all. I was told that while I might find something itchy and uncomfortable others might not. To me and I think most of the world thinks that soft and flexible is way better than heavy, hard and scratchy. I also was told I would have to pay my own money to return them and get a refund. To me this is not good business practice. finally, I was also told that each vendor makes their own choices of shirts. I'm a child of the 80s and 90s and I think most retro pop culture from these decades are the coolest. Growing up, some of my favorite cartoons were Duck Tales, M.A.S.K. (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand), and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles -- all cartoons of the 80s. Duck Tales and Ninja Turtles were pretty popular and continue to be, but MASK took a backseat to behemoths like G.I. Joe and Transformers and kind of faded into obscurity. It's hard to find MASK stuff these days. The toy line, made by Kenner (later Hasbro), was popular in the 80s. The cartoon drove the toy line's sales, much like G.I. Joe and Transformers. One of the only ways to get your hands on the original MASK toys is buying used through eBay. I still have all of my original MASK vehicles and action figures, the MASK board game, and I'm pretty sure some other random paraphernalia such as a lunchbox and thermos. However, I never had a MASK shirt. Until now. One day, I decided to Google "mask t-shirt" and one of the first images was an awesome red MASK logo graphic tee from 80sTees.com. I clicked through to the site and purchased one almost immediately. It was $22.00. They are actually two MASK shirts for sale, one t-shirt and one long-sleeved baseball shirt. These shirts aren't knockoffs. These are the real deal. Authentic and manufactured and printed professionally by an outside supplier. 80sTees has license agreements set up with various properties including Hasbro, owner of the MASK registered trademark. If you need help selecting your size, they have a size guide on the web site. From my personal experience, the cuts of the t-shirts seem to be a bit small, so I would err with a larger size. I normally wear a small or medium t-shirt. I had to go with a medium here. You have 90 days to return a shirt for any reason and get a full refund less shipping. The shirt must be returned in new condition of course. There was a snag when I originally tried to order my shirt. Because I had the shirt delivered to my work address which is different than my billing address, the web site told me to call a toll-free number to verify the order. I don't mind this extra measure of security. 80sTees' office is only open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST. I called within these hours and spoke to someone immediately. The lady I spoke with was very polite, professional, and friendly and told me my shirt would be shipped out same day. I ordered the shirt on a Tuesday afternoon and received it on Friday morning. The shipping cost was only $3.87 from 80sTees in Pennsylvania to my office in Georgia. The shipping method was UPS Mail Innovations. Fast and affordable! I've been very pleased with the shirt. I believe the MASK logo was heat-transferred to the fabric. The logo looks better than I expected. It looks high quality and stands out, just how I want it. The t-shirt tag says the shirt was manufactured by "ALSTYLE Apparel & Activewear." It's 100% cotton and made in Mexico with USA fabric. For care, 80sTees recommends turning the shirts inside-out, washing them in cold water, hang drying, and ironing as needed (do not iron over the logo). Absolutely 5 stars. I waited to post a review for 80sTees.com until I purchased and received several orders to ensure I would be able to provide accurate and true feedback. Across the board it was top-notch service; they provide solid communication, excellent quality in both the shirt material and the graphics, and the fit is perfect. I have made 4 orders for a total of 10 t's over the past year or so, all fantastic! My spouse has very large arms, it's a challenge finding him (2X) shirts that are comfortable on his arms and don't constantly ride-up in his pits, 80's T's are the only shirts he feels completely comfortable in, and that's saying a lot! I very much appreciated all of the email updates on my orders, including the one that let me know that one shirt in particular needed just a little more time. No problem, I get it, I would much rather have it done right than wrong because they feel rushed for time. Just send it when it's perfect, that's my opinion. I have ordered from other T-shirt companies and was very disappointed in the graphic quality and fit, not to mention the pungent odor that left me feeling like I was slapped in the face with a jug of vinegar...not 80s Tees, they truly are exactly what I was looking for. Realistically, please know though, there will be a slight smell at first because of the ink, but it will go away and is absolutely nothing close to other shirts I've ordered. Do not buy from 80s tees, this company has the worst customer service. I ordered 10 halloween tees, the first 6 came in one delivery, one of the shirts was clearly damaged, print was smuggled and a hole under neck line. I got the third degree from customer service and had to send pictures of the shirt twice , and they still gave me a hard time. The company told me they are completely mobile, no live customer service and basically I had to prove the shirt was damaged in order to get a new one. Of coarse I was treated with total disrespect and wasted hours on this . The last thing I will say is that the tees are nothing special and are way overpriced, order from Hot Topic. read more

I spent about $100 on some t-shirts, only received 1, emailed the company several times asking where my shirts are, letting them know I only received one, then emailed them again demanding a refund, and was still ignored. So I blasted their Facebook page calling them a scam, and their owner flipped his lid, accused me of trying to rip them off, deleted my bad review and Facebook remarks, and went off on a bitchy tantrum. He accused me of trying to rip them off with this as his argument: I received one shirt yet demanded a full refund. Had he actually communicated with his internal team, he would have known that I already admitted I received the one shirt and wanted a full refund ON THE ITEMS I NEVER GOT. As a big guy, it's usually hard to find t-shirts that fit, especially when you like to wear them big (I usually go with 3xlt). Not many places offer tall sizes, but 80's Tees does. I buy most of my t-shirts here because of this and I like the designs. My only problem, and the one thing stopping me from giving 5 stars, is cost. I used to get the T-shirts from here in the $20 - $30 range (usually on the lower end) which was great as anyone who needs tall shirts will tell you they are usually expensive. Now they usually go for $45 - $50 dollars, which for a single shirt is about on par with Destination XL price wise for tall shirts. I guess that's just the price I have to pay if I don't want to show my gut every time I reach up or plumbers crack when I have to bend down. Quality wise, the shirts are great, they tend to last a long time. Once again, love the designs, and it's all the stuff I grew up with. From He-Man to Transformers to M.A.S.K to Karate Kid, they got it all. read more

I bought a t-shirt for my husband for Christmas mid-November, with the website indicating the parcel would arrive anywhere between 2-4 weeks. At the 3-week mark, I checked in with the company since there was no tracking info, and they said it should arrive on time (by Christmas). Up until this point, I was decently satisfied with my shopping experience. However, four weeks passed and nothing came in the mail, leaving me without the ability to track my package. I contacted the company and they said they'd refund me the money if I rejected the package upon arrival. I expressed that given their inability to meet deadlines, that I'd be looking for a refund for the inconvenience and disappointment of not receiving my parcel by Christmas and I thought it would be fair to keep the parcel once it arrived. They vehemently denied my request, continuously sending me quotes/clauses from their site (ie. Canada Post was the carrier, so I, the consumer, should have realized given the strike that the 2-4 weeks wasn't realistic...) and suggesting I should've paid for express shipping (almost the cost of the shirt itself). They put the problems on me and didn't once offer any compensation aside from a refund should I decline the parcel. After several emails expressing my position, I grew tired of the relentless "clauses" they kept sending me and the utter lack of customer service.
