Even though he is in my insurance's network, he charged me upfront for the simple tooth extraction that is supposed to be covered 100% by the insurance. After that the office did not even submit the claim to the insurance to get the money for the procedure back. They keep lying to me that they submitted the claim twice, but I spoke to the insurance and they deny getting the claim. When the claim is submitted I see it online the same day and I get email from insurance confirming this. In this case nothing was submitted. Of course, why to bother with the insurance when the patient paid already. These people are very dishonest. If you value your nerves and money - stay as far away from this office as possible.

He personally called me back and from the very first words he was quite short and standoffish. I asked for an appointment, he gave me one option which wasn't good for me, he gave me another time and I asked him to hold on one second to see my schedule, at that point he talked over me rushing me and saying that they are busy . Which OF COURSE I replied I was not interested anymore to! From all his positive reviews (and this is the main reason I called him for an appointment) I am pretty sure he must be an excellent dentist, but he wasn't doing me a favor (AND he should have a receptionist kindly answering his phone if he doesn't have the time and patience to do that), and bad attitude from a doctor it's not something I like.
