We had a 6:25 bus for a college aged family member to get back to NAU from down south. Checked the status before we left south Sierra Vista "On Time". Show up 6:00AM. 6:15... no bus. 6:20... no bus. Check the app: "On-Time". But this time we check the bus's location... "it's in El Paso?". No... that can't be right. The bus can't possibly be over 4 hours away. It says "on time" and we haven't gotten any delay notification. Call 1800 number. Get told it's on time. Call BS as it's already 10 minutes past pickup. Try again. Oh it's behind, you'll need to wait. How long? "We don't know." Then I got on the phone "Where is the bus?" "Oh my system just updated... it's 364 minutes behind schedule" my fellow yelpers: that's 6+ hours late... but multiple systems say it's "on time". They knew this bus was already 4 hours late before we left our house at 5AM. They chose not to tell us. Why? I'm guessing it's their refund policy. They won't refund unless a bus is more than 2 hours behind. If *you* reschedule or cancel before then: no refund. Even if you miss a connection. Even if you're going to sleep at a bus stop. They won't refund. And if you want a refund with the "agent" all they can do is give you a voucher. You want a real refund? You have to go online and "ask" for it and wait several days. I had to drive the family member to phoenix to catch another service. 8 hours of my day burnt. We are going to just go the small claims route. They can see us in middle of nowhere AZ justice court or we will take default judgement.

No issues here! I needed a ride from Tucson to the Phoenix airport (PHX) and was able to easily…read morereserve a ride a couple of days in advance online. Rather than selecting your own departure time, Groome assigns you a departure time based on your flight departure, allowing for plenty of extra buffer time. If you're the type of person that does not like to spend any extra time waiting for a ride or in the airport, Groome may not be the best for you as they dropped me a good two hours in advance of my flight departure. That being said, if you like having a chance to visit the airport lounge or grab a bite to eat at the terminal, Groome could be perfect for you. I arrived to the pick up spot about 10 minutes before my scheduled departure time and ended up waiting until about 15 minutes or so after the scheduled time. They do have a primitive trailer with air conditioning to escape the Arizona heat. Take note that they have multiple rides every single day so the van already at the pick up spot may not be your ride. Be sure to check with the driver before getting in. When the van finally arrived, they checked everyone in and made sure to do a final head count before departing. The van itself was fairly spacious and comfortable. About an hour and a half later, we were at the airport! Overall, no complaints. I would do this again.

I have had one case where we returned late, but that was because there was a serious accident on I-10 and the driver had no choice but to take a detour around Casa Grande. Most of the drivers have been exceedingly friendly and polite, but I've had one or two that have been a bit "gruff", hence the 4-star rating. If you take a shuttle between PHX and TUS you will likely save time and money over taking a short flight, but that stretch of I-10 can have brutal traffic issues. Delays can happen.

I got in and the driver was cool. He told me many people get the address mixed up and he knew there was no such address so he came here knowing I would be there. He began to say sorry for the operator, I know its not the drivers fault but it was cool to hear real customer service. My driver earned his 100% tip!
