They did a great job on my Honda Civic. These guys do real quality work in an indoor environment. Be sure to show up really early if you want to be first in line on the weekend and wait at the door, don't wait in your car. Otherwise, plan on dropping off your car and spend half a day shopping. i will never take any vehical here ever again. when they did my wifes honda 3 years ago the tint started to bubble and we took it back to fix it and they siad they dont have paper work of the work that got done. they said its our problem that we dont have papers. every company has to have records of every job. read more

So after telling this guy what I have and what I wanted he gives me a quote over the phone. I show up for my appointment and this guy changes the price on me. Then he tries to explain to me his rate scale like that is some how going to make me feel better about the price difference. I wouldn't mind paying what he was charging but just the fact that he changed the price made me feel that he was trying to pull the old bait and switch on me. Maybe his prices are so high he need to do this to get people in the door. Don't waste your time with this Prima Donna, he's not the only show in town. Take your business where it will be appreciated. If you do go to this guy be careful and get it in writing. read more

Not only is the job done to perfection, but we were treated with 5 Star customer service. very unhappy with service, was given a price of $260 out door for 5 windows showed up to shop to get told yes $260 for back windows and another $100 for the front two windows. went ahead and got all window done was very upset to find out just done road I could of got same deal son quoted me lower prices then dad came in to close deal, total set up. never again WILL I GO THERE. read more

I toke my wife's car to Ron's about 5 months ago and had a very good experience with Ron. I recommend him to my mom and my brother in law. I told my mom that if she wanted her windows tinted I would pay for it, as a thank you for helping with my boys. I called Ron's window tinting and his son answered, I think he is running the place now. He didn't not introduce himself, I explained how I was a returning customer and I was looking to get Mt mom's car done and asked if he could cut me a deal on it? I also told him that I just bought a car and needed those windows tinted as well. He said " I can get you mom's car in today and your car in a couple of days but I can't make a deal, if you want a deal wait until winter I'm ten cars deep right now." " I'm doing you big favor bye getting you in today". I said " the time frame isn't a issue I can bring the car in on any day" I'm ask for a better deal because I'm a returning customer who is looking to get my mom's car done and my car done in a couple of weeks and I also recommend my brother in law to go their as well." " Are you going to make us a deal or not?" he said "no... I can get you in today though." I hang up the phone. I then sent a email to Ron's and explainng what had happened and never got a reply back. I can only speculate that the son delete the message and never told Ron about it. I now I'm writing this review going to call again try to get a hold of Ron and if that doesn't work I'm going to write a review on the better business Bureau website. read more

Had my wifes 2002 VW Jetta tinted today. The results.... TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! Prior to coming to Ron's Window Tinting, I've always had my cars tinted up in Sacramento. But since moving to Galt, I decided to try a more local shop. One of the best decisions I ever made. Ron is a true professional with incredible knowledge about his trade. He took the time to show me all the tint options with no pressure & no rush. Also, let me tell you folks, this shop is extremely clean! From the bays where they do all the work, to the waiting room. A lot different from some of the shops up in Sac. We knew it was going to take some time for them to do our tint since we didn't make an appointment, so my son and I decided to take a walk to the multiple shopping stores nearby(about 1/2 mile-short for us, maybe long for others) and had lunch at Carls Jr. and walked back. When the car was done, Ron clearly explained the warranty information, and did a walk through with me around the car. Upon leaving, I told him that now that the car is looking good with the tint, that now we're going to go shopping for some new wheels & tires. I know nothing about rims & tire other than the way they look on a car. Ron actually took the time to educate me & my son what to look for on rims & tires! The weight, how it affects the gas mileage, how to check if it's a cheaply made rim, and so on. This was something he didn't have to do, but I'm glad he did, and it just goes to show that this guy is a true professional. And he knows that customer service does go a long way. That's why we'll be back. With the awesome tint job on the car & excellent customer service, there is no longer the need to go up to Sac for tint jobs. Thanks again, to you Ron & your crew! read more
