I had my windows tinted by them at the beginning of 2007. Over the 2010 summer, I noticed that it was beginning to bubble in a few spots. We called them to find out about getting it fixed before it got worse, and since I didn't have a certain paper they basically said 'not our problem'. The bubbling has now spread all the way across my back windshield. I would search around to find a facility that takes ownership of their work, and doesn't try to get out of making things right by a loophole. read more

Tint looked good. Less than a year the tint started to bubble. I called and they basically said, no receipt, can't help. They don't keep their own records supposedly. I spent almost a half a grand there and they couldn't help me...?! Personally I think it's crap and they were busy. Customer loyalty?, I'd rate a 0. I have another car to tint and I won't be goin back to them because I gave them a sh ton of money and they couldn't even help me get their own bubbles out. Y'all did somethin wrong... Not me. Unless if, your (Ron's tint) typically bubbles. Don't lose your receipt and hope it doesn't bubble in a few months... Good luck. read more

I have brought numerous cars to Ron's over the years. Thomas is awesome. He is personable and knowledgeable when it comes to tint and getting you the look and performance that you want. They take great care of you and your vehicle. Their shop is exactly the kind of place you want to leave your expensive new vehicle. It's extremely clean, organized, and there is a window in the showroom that you can look through to see the work being done on your vehicle. Nothing to hide there, just skilled installers treating your vehicle like their own. Their products are proven and reliable. Have not had a single warranty issue. Their website said they use the best material in the industry which is why we drove over an hour to get there and when we got there the price for the BEST material was way higher almost doubled. When I told the son their website was deceiving, he said "yeah" we do that to get you in here, then we explain the differences of material and warranty. That is not the way to do business in my book. They are very professional and extremely clean (if you know anything about tint, cleanliness is number one) everything is done with computer cut so it's done right the first time. I got my windows tinted on a Saturday shortly after opening. I paid the extra bit for the Ultra Performance tint to keep the heat out. It is some amazing stuff. They let the tint set in the sun for a bit after they finished and then rechecked it for no bubbles. They take their time to do a perfect job. It's been a few days and my tint still looks pristine. They take the time to explain the differences between their tinting choices and show you some examples. I am very pleased with the information I received. I wasn't forced into purchasing the best. Instead, I was shown why it was worth it. Their lifetime warranty is legit as long as you have your receipt. I saw 2 people come in to get theirs fixed while I was waiting. One had 7 years on their tint and the other had 10 years. That proves that their tinting jobs are good since they can last that long without bubbling. Tinting doesn't last forever, especially on a car that is never garaged. I recommend Ron's to everyone. All I had to do was send a quick text and we got an appointment sorted out in minutes. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Told me I would be wasting money on a roof tint. Originally, only wanted ceramic on the front door windows but they threw in the back door windows so that all the windows would match! I highly recommend this place to family and friends. I made an appointment for my car window tint at 9am and they claimed that it would be done about 1pm. They never called me, I had to call them about 4pm and it still wasn't done when I arrived at their shop so I had to still wait. All the other cars were done and gone when my car was the only one left. They close at 5pm too. I got the darkest tint on my back windows and it wasn't even that dark as the sample, I can still see through my car. I had my window tinted at another place which had darker legal tint but I moved. When I got home, I noticed that there were bubbles around the window tint. They had my car all day too, if they told me the actually time it would've taken, I would've gone somewhere else. Keeping my car for the entire business day is ridiculous. Their yelp claim they offer military discount, they even had me show it to them and they denied it. Their price is pretty high. I paid a couple hundred dollars or else they probably would've held onto my car. It's suppose to be a lifetime warrenty, I hope at least they'll honor that. read more

I came here to get my headlight and tail-lights tinted and they do not disappoint. I wasn't sure what kind of tint I wanted, so he came out to my car with some examples and showed us what it would look like. In addition to that, the shop was clean and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable with music and comfortable chairs. The restroom was clean and the staff were friendly. They didn't hesitate to get me in and out of the shop.
