Their customer service is untouchable! I particularly love the way they treat women. They are patient and kind, and they have never spoken down to me (even when my husband wasn't with me!) It is impressive that Wilson's pricing is competitive with larger cities, and they don't have a lot of competition here. Everyone is thorough in the services they perform. The employees are honest, never over charging for performing services you don't need. It is very obvious that the owners have high standards for the employees and it is very obvious they have quality staff!

We lumped into a nearby small town as suggest by a local Good Samaritan to this tire repair shop. The owner started work on it as soon as he returned from lunch, worked 1 1/2 hours to get the tire off, patched and put back on. He only charged us $35. WOW!
