We lumped into a nearby small town as suggest by a local Good Samaritan to this tire repair shop. The owner started work on it as soon as he returned from lunch, worked 1 1/2 hours to get the tire off, patched and put back on. He only charged us $35. WOW! So whenever I can do a big purchase - like tires - when I am back in Nevada I take advantage of it. The truck needed tires. I got two for about $60 less EACH than I would have in Houston. Service 10: I popped in the day before and made sure they had them in stock. I set up a time to bring the truck in the next morning. I pulled in at that time and the truck went back instantly. Less than an hour later I was back on the road. While I sat there a guy came in to make a payment. So I would assume that if you live in Nevada and are a good customer they offer some sort of payment program. They took my credit card with no problem. State Inspections too.

I wished him a good day and I hung up. Then I immediately received 3 phone calls from a different number (reverse lookup shows me the phone # is owned by Dusty, Frances and Patricia Hancock). On the third call, the man I spoke to initially, left a message and said "I'm sorry if you think I was laughing at you...I was just trying to help...etc." Getting those 3 calls was creepy, unprofessional and disturbing. The original phone call was uncomfortable and unprofessional. He doesn't seem to understand how to take constructive criticism from an honest and kind source so all the red flags are here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE NOT PLEASANT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!!!!!
