He laughed and corrected the way I pronounced it & began to lecture me on what Missouri requires. I told him he really had no idea what he was talking about since he honestly wasn't answering my question and I told him it was unprofessional to laugh at a customer. I wished him a good day and I hung up. Then I immediately received 3 phone calls from a different number (reverse lookup shows me the phone # is owned by Dusty, Frances and Patricia Hancock). On the third call, the man I spoke to initially, left a message and said "I'm sorry if you think I was laughing at you...I was just trying to help...etc." Getting those 3 calls was creepy, unprofessional and disturbing. The original phone call was uncomfortable and unprofessional. He doesn't seem to understand how to take constructive criticism from an honest and kind source so all the red flags are here. (Eddie's Auto and the new orange and black Auto Worx shop across the street from Eddies are both fantastic with customers and they are very good at what they do if you do want a nice experience.)

I was concerned as to whether they would be able to restore my car because it has a specialty custom vinyl package. I would recommend Coonrod to anyone...and especially those with a specialty or classic car.

We lumped into a nearby small town as suggest by a local Good Samaritan to this tire repair shop. The owner started work on it as soon as he returned from lunch, worked 1 1/2 hours to get the tire off, patched and put back on. He only charged us $35. WOW! I recommend this shop to anyone in the area or ito anyone driving through who needs assistance like me we did.

They diagnosed a fix, ordered an OEM and and after market part to insure the part arrived the next day in order to make sure my travel plans weren't interrupted and got me down the road 36 hours later. Unfortunately, the repair didn't resolve the issue and I later went to another dealer that pinponted an unknown mistake in the initial repair with Max Ford. To my gratification and gratitude, the service manager, Shane, at Max Ford stepped up to the plate, acknowledged their responsibility in correcting the error, and followed through to make sure I fulky satisfied with the resolution of the matter. Shane was professional, concerned with my welfare and the final resolution of the matter, and appropriately apologetic about any inconvenience caused. I felt that the customer service I received at Max wan exemplary throughout my entire experience with the dealership. Shane ensured I recieved a fair and honest resolution to tge matter and was approoriately regretful regarding the matter. Good customer service is about treating the customer right, especially when things go wrong, not just when it's an easy fix. Shane went the extra mile to exihibit the honesty and INTEGRITY to make sure I recieved the customer service we all hope for and deserve, but seldom recieve. BRAVO to Max Ford for exhibiting excellent business ethics and professionalism in a difficult situation, one where many would gave passed the buck and left me an unhappy, bitter, and ultimately thoroughly terminal and dissatified FORD customer. Customer service such as exhibited by Shane at Max Ford is why I remain a Ford Fan for life! Well done to all involved. Mistakes happen; how a dealership and it's employees handle those situation truely exemplifies why they stay in business and gain loyalty in the long term. Thank you, Shane and the team at Max Ford for restoring my faith that QUALITY and FAIRNESS are alive and well in the business world. You are to be commended! THANK YOU!

It is impressive that Wilson's pricing is competitive with larger cities, and they don't have a lot of competition here. Everyone is thorough in the services they perform.
